Claims (11)
- LED装置と、
筐体内に少なくとも部分的に取り付けられるコリメータと、
前記筐体内のキャビティ内に収容される非剛的な熱移転媒体とを含む、
照明装置であって、
前記LED装置は、前記コリメータにのみ剛的に結合され、前記LED装置によって生成される熱を放散するために、前記熱移転媒体内に少なくとも部分的に収容される、
照明装置。 - 前記コリメータは、TIRコリメータである、請求項1に記載の照明装置。
- 前記LED装置は、無機接着剤、ガラスフリットを用いて、或いは、射出成形によって、前記コリメータに結合される、上記請求項のうちのいずれか1項に記載の照明装置。
- 前記熱移転媒体は、ゲル状又は液体である、上記請求項のうちのいずれか1項に記載の照明装置。
- 前記キャビティは、当該照明装置の取付位置と無関係に、前記LEDが前記液体熱移転媒体内に少なくとも部分的に収容されるような寸法である、請求項4に記載の照明装置。
- 前記液体熱移転媒体は、ヒートパイプ流体である、請求項4又は5のうちのいずれか1項に記載の照明装置。
- 前記キャビティは、多孔性、繊維質、又は、ウィック状の構造である、上記請求項のうちのいずれか1項に記載の照明装置。
- 前記LED装置は、ヒートスプレッダを含む、上記請求項のうちのいずれか1項に記載の照明装置。
- 前記コリメータの表面は、前記LED装置を電源に接続するよう設計される、前記LED装置に接続される少なくとも1つの伝導層を含む、上記請求項のうちのいずれか1項に記載の照明装置。
- 上記請求項のうちのいずれか1項に記載の照明装置と、前記LED装置に接続される電源とを含む、照明システム。
- 照明装置を製造する方法であって、
コリメータがLED装置に剛的に接続され、
前記コリメータが筐体内に少なくとも部分的に取り付けられ、
非剛的な熱移転媒体が、前記筐体内に設けられるキャビティ内に送り込まれ、
前記LED装置が前記熱移転媒体内に少なくとも部分的に収容される、
