Claims (15)
- スクリューポンプであって、
流体入口と流体出口とを有するステータを備え、
ステータは、第1の雌ねじ形ロータ及び第2の雌ねじ形ロータを収容し、
第1の雌ねじ形ロータ及び第2の雌ねじ形ロータは、それぞれのシャフトに取付けられ、ステータ内において、流体入口から流体出口まで移動する流体を圧縮するように互いに反対方向に回転するように構成され、
第1の雌ねじ形ロータ及び第2の雌ねじ形ロータを軸線方向に見た断面は、流体入口から流体出口に向かって変化し、雌ねじ部のピッチは、流体出口に向かって増大する、スクリューポンプ。 - 第1の雌ねじ形ロータ及び第2の雌ねじ形ロータは、テーパする、請求項1に記載のスクリューポンプ。
- スクリューポンプであって、
流体入口と流体出口とを有するステータを備え、
ステータは、テーパする第1の雌ねじ形ロータ及び第2の雌ねじ形ロータを収容し、
第1の雌ねじ形ロータ及び第2の雌ねじ形ロータは、それぞれのシャフトに取付けられ、ステータ内において、流体入口から流体出口まで移動する流体を圧縮するように互いに反対方向に回転するように構成され、
雌ねじ部のピッチは、流体出口に向かって増大する、スクリューポンプ。 - 各雌ねじ形ロータを軸線方向に見た断面における半径方向先端の位置は、流体出口から流体入口に向かって変化し、それにより、各雌ねじ形ロータの接触面の変化を生じさせる、請求項1〜3の何れか1項に記載のスクリューポンプ。
- 雌ねじ部のピッチは、流体入口から流体出口まで徐々に増大する、請求項1〜4の何れか1項に記載のスクリューポンプ。
- 雌ねじ部のピッチは、ロータに沿って途中から流体出口まで増大する、請求項1〜5の何れか1項に記載のスクリューポンプ。
- スクリューポンプであって、
流体入口と流体出口とを有するステータを備え、
ステータは、テーパする第1の雌ねじ形ロータ及び第2の雌ねじ形ロータを収容し、
第1の雌ねじ形ロータ及び第2の雌ねじ形ロータは、それぞれのシャフトに取付けられ、ステータ内において、流体入口から流体出口まで移動する流体を圧縮するように互いに反対方向に回転するように構成され、
各雌ねじ形ロータは、流体入口に近接した第1のセクションと、流体出口に近接した第2のセクションとを有し、第2のセクションにおける雌ねじ部のピッチは、流体出口に向かって増大する、スクリューポンプ。 - 第1のセクションにおける雌ねじ部のピッチは、実質的に一定である、請求項7に記載のスクリューポンプ。
- 第1のセクションにおける雌ねじ部のピッチは、流体出口に向かって変化する、請求項7に記載のスクリューポンプ。
- 第1のセクションにおける雌ねじ部のピッチは、流体出口に向かって減少する、請求項9に記載のスクリューポンプ。
- 第1のセクションは、流体入口に近接した第1のサブセクションと、第2のセクションに近接した第2のサブセクションとを有し、第1のサブセクションにおける雌ねじ部のピッチは、第2のサブセクションにおける雌ねじ部のピッチと異なる、請求項9又は10に記載のスクリューポンプ。
- 第2のサブセクションのピッチは、流体出口に向かって減少する、請求項11に記載のスクリューポンプ。
- 第1のサブセクションのピッチは、流体出口に向かって増大する、請求項11又は12に記載のスクリューポンプ。
- 雌ねじ部は、矩形断面を有する、請求項1〜13の何れか1項に記載のスクリューポンプ。
- 雌ねじ部は、共役の形状を有していることを特徴とする請求項1〜13の何れか1項に記載のスクリューポンプ。
