Abstract
Description
タルトン,J.,温度及びパルプ化の度合の関数としての高pHでの木材中の水酸化ナトリウムの拡散,M.Sc.セシス,ノースカロライナ州立大学,1986,45s
第一に、木材チップを含む原料木材中に含まれる空気の少なくとも大部分を取り除き(即ち、木材チップを脱気し)、
第二に、木材チップ中にアルカリを効率的に吸収させるために、得られた原料に超過気圧でアルカリ性溶液を染み込ませ、
第三に、処理した木材チップを叩解して、所定の濾水度にする
ことを含む。
以下の条件下、アスペンのCTMPパルプを実験室内で調製した。
− 嵩 cm3/g: EN 20534
− 散乱 m2/kg: ISO 9416
− CSF ml: ISO 5267−2
− 結束繊維: “パルマック(Pulmac)結束繊維”、試料量3g、150mlのCSFパルプに対しては0.08mmのギャッププレート、325mlのCSFパルプに対しては0.10mmのギャッププレート
実験室で、アルカリ投与量2.5、5及び10kgのNaOH/Adtチップを用いて、アスペン及び樺材を用いた含浸を標準大気圧で実施した。木材/液体比は、1:8で、温度は80℃とした。
Claims (14)
- 含浸溶液が木材チップに浸透する条件下の含浸段階で、木材チップをアルカリ性の含浸溶液と接触させ、
パルプを生産するために、前記含浸溶液で処理された木材チップを叩解して所望の濾水度にする方法に従って、
木材チップを含む原料木材から化学機械パルプを製造する方法において、
木材チップを脱気し、
該木材チップを叩解する前に、含浸溶液が木材チップに効率良く吸収されるような方法で、得られた脱気木材チップに超過気圧でアルカリ性の含浸溶液を染み込ませる
ことを特徴とする化学機械パルプの製造方法。 - 前記原料木材に高温、特には約80−100℃で蒸気を当て、前記木材チップから空気を除くことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記蒸気を当てた木材チップを本質的に水蒸気処理の温度で含浸段階に持っていき、
該含浸段階で、前記含浸溶液の温度を、前記水蒸気処理の温度よりも低く維持する
ことを特徴とする請求項2に記載の方法。 - 前記蒸気を当てた木材チップを、スクリュープレスを通して含浸段階に供給することを特徴とする請求項2又は3に記載の方法。
- 前記含浸段階で、アルカリ金属水酸化物を含み、該アルカリ金属水酸化物の投与量が最大で約6kg/Adt、好ましくは最大で約4kg/Adtである含浸溶液を用いることを特徴とする請求項1〜4のいずれかに記載の方法。
- 前記含浸溶液として、水酸化ナトリウム等のアルカリ金属水酸化物、例えば、白液や緑液といった化学パルプの蒸解で得られる蒸解液、又は亜硫酸ナトリウム等の亜硫酸塩化合物、或いはそれらの混合物の水溶液を用いることを特徴とする請求項1〜5のいずれかに記載の方法。
- 前記木材チップに、約1−240分間、好ましくは約5−120分間、特には約10−60分間、前記アルカリ性含浸溶液を染み込ませることを特徴とする請求項1〜6のいずれかに記載の方法。
- 前記原料木材を叩解して、50−500ml CSF、好ましくは約90−150ml CSFの濾水度にすることを特徴とする請求項1〜7のいずれかに記載の方法。
- 前記含浸段階の温度が約30−95℃、好ましくは約40−90℃であることを特徴とする請求項1〜8のいずれかに記載の方法。
- 前記含浸段階の圧力が絶対圧力で約1.5−15bar、好ましくは約2−10barであることを特徴とする請求項1〜9のいずれかに記載の方法。
- 前記含浸段階で、前記木材の細孔容積の少なくとも85%、好ましくは少なくとも90%、より好ましくは少なくとも95%を前記含浸溶液で満たすことを特徴とする請求項1〜10のいずれかに記載の方法。
- 前記含浸を幾つかの段階で実施し、この場合において、該段階の少なくとも一つを超過気圧で実施し、少なくとも一つの段階を標準大気圧で実施することを特徴とする請求項1〜11のいずれかに記載の方法。
- 前記木材チップの水蒸気処理を、飽和又はほぼ飽和の水蒸気を用いて、少なくとも本質的に標準大気圧で実施することを特徴とする請求項1〜12のいずれかに記載の方法。
- 請求項1〜13のいずれかに記載の方法を用いて製造した化学機械パルプ。
