Description
木材として、クロトウヒ(ピセア・マリアナ(Picea mariana))およびテーダマツ(テレビン松(Terpentin−Kiefer)とも呼ばれる)(ピヌス・タエダ(Pinus taeda))を使用した。
前記原材料を、Andritz AG社(オーストリア)のいわゆるATMP法において、以下に記載されるようにして更に加工した。
比較試験(従来のTMP法)を、本発明による試験(変法A)と同様にして実施したが、本発明によるステップa)は実施せずに、チップ(上述)を、直接的に1番目のメイン叩解機(Andritz AG社(オーストリア)のAndritz 36−1CP)中に3.45バールの圧力と1800回転/分のディスク速度で、上記A)で記載した水中の組成物Zの溶液の存在下で磨砕して木材繊維物質とした。この木材繊維物質を、2つの磨砕ディスクを有する2番目のメイン叩解機(Andritz AG社(オーストリア)のAndritz 401)において大気圧で更に磨砕した。
具体的な入力エネルギーについての全ての値は、kWh毎トン(OD)(to)の大きさであり、ここでODは「Ovendry」(炉内乾燥)を意味する。具体的な入力エネルギーは、以下のようにして測定した:ある時間内での叩解機の入力電力を量り、それを解繊された炉内乾燥(OD)された材料の質量で割った。
比引張強さは、Tappi T 456で測定した。
比引裂強さは、Tappi T 414で測定した。
引張エネルギー吸収量(TEA)は、Tappi T 494で測定した。
光散乱係数は、ISO 9416で測定した。
木材細片(結束繊維)についての分析は、0.10mmの篩板を備えたPulmac Shive Analyzerで実施した。
クロトウヒの木材を用いたATMP変法A)および比較変法B)
上記の変法A)に従ってクロトウヒの木材を用いて製造された木材繊維物質を、規格TAPPI T 205に準じて標準型研究室用シートマシン(Standard−Laborblattbildner)によって試験紙へと加工し、それについて測定される機械的特性を調べ、そして光学的特性(例えば白色度)を、規格TAPPI T 218に準じて製造されたシート紙について調べた。
木材繊維物質特性は、200mlの水性木質繊維粥状物の濾水挙動(英語の学術用語「濾水性(Freeness)」)に標準化した。

上記の変法A)に従ってテーダマツの木材を用いて製造された木材繊維物質から、実施例1に記載されるようにして試験紙を製造し、それについて実施例1に記載される方法で具体的な特性を調査した。
木材繊維物質特性は、200mlの水性木質繊維粥状物の濾水挙動(英語の学術用語「濾水性(Freeness)」)に標準化した。
Claims (9)
- 漂白された木材繊維物質の製造方法であって、
a)木材粒子を層状剥離させることで、改質木材粒子を得るステップ、
b)ステップa)で得られた改質木材粒子を1つ以上の叩解機において磨砕するステップ、
c)任意に、ステップb)で得られた物質を酸化型漂白剤または還元型漂白剤で処理するステップ、
を含む前記製造方法において、
ステップa)および/またはステップb)を、組成物Zの存在下で実施し、ここで該組成物Zは、アルカリ金属もしくはアルカリ土類金属の炭酸塩または炭酸水素塩と、以下の成分(Z1)〜(Z3):亜ジチオン酸H2S2O4の塩(Z1)、亜ジチオン酸または亜ジチオン酸誘導体を生成する化合物(Z2)、亜硫酸の塩(亜硫酸塩)とテトラヒドロホウ酸ナトリウム(Z3)、のうちの1種以上を含有し、任意に添加剤(Z4)を含有すること、並びに、ステップa)において、前記木材粒子を、まず(i)機械的圧力および/または剪断応力にさらし、次に(ii)相対的に穏やかな条件下で叩解機において磨砕すること、を特徴とする、前記製造方法。 - 前記組成物Zは、亜ジチオン酸H2S2O4の塩(Z1)を含有することを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記亜ジチオン酸H2S2O4の塩は、亜ジチオン酸H2S2O4のアルカリ金属塩であることを特徴とする、請求項1または2に記載の方法。
- 前記亜ジチオン酸H2S2O4の塩は、亜ジチオン酸ナトリウムであることを特徴とする、請求項1から3までのいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 前記木材粒子は、薬品および/または水で前処理されたものであることを特徴とする、請求項1から4までのいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 漂白された木材繊維物質を請求項1から5までのいずれか1項に定義される方法に従って製造し、該物質を紙へと更に加工する、紙の製造方法。
- 漂白された木材繊維物質を請求項1から5までのいずれか1項に定義される方法に従って製造し、該物質を、任意に白色顔料を添加しつつサイジングし、そして木質材料へと圧縮する、木質材料の製造方法。
- 請求項1から5までのいずれか1項で定義される方法に従って得られる漂白された木材繊維物質。
- 請求項1から5までのいずれか1項に定義される方法に従って得られる漂白された木材繊維物質の、紙または木質材料の製造のための使用。
