Abstract
Un método para producir una pulpa quimiomecánica a partir de madera como materia prima que comprende astillas de madera. La materia prima compuesta por madera se vaporiza a una temperatura elevada para remover el aire de las astillas de madera, luego, en la etapa de impregnación las astillas de madera vaporizadas entran en contacto con una solución de impregnación alcalina bajo condiciones en las cuales el álcali penetra en las astillas de madera y, después de ello, para producir la pulpa, las astillas de madera que se tratan con el álcali se refinan hasta lograr una drenabilidad deseada.
