(技術分野)
本発明は、イソシアネート硬化可能ポリマー、ポリマー硬化可能イソシアネート、脂肪族ポリエーテルグリコールおよびゴムを含む、被覆目的、封止目的および保護目的のための耐火性組成物に関する。
IMO Resolution A.653(16)に従って試験されるとき
CFE ≧20.0kW/m2
Qsb ≧1.5MJ/m2
Qt ≦0.7MJ、および
Qp ≦4.0kW、
そして床被覆として用いられる材料は、以下の限界に合致する表面燃焼値を有さなければならない:
IMO Resolution A.653(16)に従って試験されるとき
CFE ≧7.0kW/m2
Qsb ≧0.25MJ/m2
Qt ≦2.0MJ、および
Qp ≦10.0kW、
ここで、CFEは、消火の臨界フラックス、Qsbは持続燃焼のための熱、Qtは放出される全体熱、そしてQpはピーク熱放出速度である。
本発明によれば、ゴム粒子、ポリマーベース、脂肪族ポリエーテルグリコールベース、およびイソシアネート硬化剤、ならびにアルミニウム三水和物および粉末状グラファイトを含む被覆組成物が、本発明の範囲内の優れた産物を与え、その産物は、上記で述べたIMO Resolutionの要求を満たす。
特に、本発明は、被覆すること、充填すること、封止すること、および保護のための、イソシアネート硬化可能ポリマー、ポリマー硬化可能イソシアネート、脂肪族ポリエーテルグリコール、およびゴムを含む耐火組成物に関し、さらにポリリン酸アンモニウム、膨張グラファイト、および金属塩を含む結晶水を含むことを特徴とする。
4〜55重量%のイソシアネート硬化可能ポリウレタン、
10〜30重量%のポリマー硬化可能イソシアネート、
3〜10重量%の最大0.4mmで、好ましくは0.1mmを超えない微細グラファイトの形態にある粒子サイズを有するゴム、
1〜5%の脂肪族ポリエーテルグリコール、
5〜10重量%の、好ましくは0.080〜0.300mmの粒子サイズを有する膨張グラファイト、
10〜30重量%のポリリン酸アンモニウム、
10〜20重量%の、好ましくは0.050mmを超えない粒子サイズを有する粉末状であるアルミニウム三水和物を含む。
3〜10重量%の、好ましくは0.10mmを超えない粒子サイズを有するメラミン粉末、
1〜3重量%の、金紅石としての酸化チタン、
5〜10重量%の、ジ−ペンタエリトリトール、スターチのような炭素源、2〜10重量%のガスを提供する発泡体であるジシアノジアミドを含む。
175重量部のヒマシ油、56部のポリプロピレングリコール(Voranol(登録商標)P400)、50部の、0.1〜0.2mmの粒子サイズを有する廃ゴム、30部の、存在するすべて水を吸収するためのゼオライト、6.2部のレオロジー学的添加物(厚化剤)、Rilanit(登録商標)HT、20部のTiO2、80部の膨張グラファイト、100部のポリリン酸アンモニウム、および80部のアルミニウム三水和物を、39.5部のDESMOPHEN 1150の混合物で緊密に混合した。これに、第2の混合物は、18部のイソシアネート活性硬化剤(DESMODUR)を、コンクリートまたは金属の表面のような目的物への合計組成物の付与の際に上記ポリマーの硬化のために添加した。
Claims (6)
- 被覆、充填、封止、および保護のための耐火組成物であって、イソシアネート硬化可能ポリマー、ポリマー硬化可能イソシアネート、および脂肪族ポリエーテルグリコール、およびゴムを含み、さらにポリリン酸アンモニウム、膨張グラファイト、および金属塩を含む結晶水を含むことを特徴とする、組成物。
- 前記金属塩を含む結晶水が、アルミニウム三水和物である、請求項1に記載の組成物。
- 前記組成物が:
4〜55重量%のイソシアネート硬化可能ポリウレタン、
10〜30重量%のポリマー硬化可能イソシアネート、
3〜10重量%の最大0.4mmで、好ましくは0.1mmを超えない微細グラファイトの形態にある粒子サイズを有するゴム、
1〜5%の脂肪族ポリエーテルグリコール、
5〜10重量%の、好ましくは0.080〜0.300mmの粒子サイズを有する膨張グラファイト、
10〜30重量%のポリリン酸アンモニウム、
10〜20重量%の、好ましくは0.050mmを超えない粒子サイズを有する粉末状であるアルミニウム三水和物を含む、請求項1〜2のいずれか1項に記載の組成物。 - 前記組成物が、必要に応じてさらに、
3〜10重量%の、好ましくは0.10mmを超えない粒子サイズを有するメラミン粉末、
1〜3重量%の、金紅石としての酸化チタン、
5〜10重量%の、ジ−ペンタエリトリトール、スターチのような炭素源、2〜10重量%のガスを提供する発泡体であるジシアノジアミドを含む、請求項5に記載の組成物。 - 請求項1〜4のいずれか1項に記載の組成物であって、ゼオライト乾燥剤、ケイ酸アルミニウムおよびそれらの混合物をさらに含み、該組成物に湿気非感受性を提供する、組成物。
- 前記ゴム粉末が、着色色素をさらに含む、請求項1〜5のいずれか1項に記載の組成物。
