Abstract
Description
本発明はこのような方法を提供することを目的とする。
(a)フィッシャー・トロプシュ合成生成物を、沸点が中間蒸留物範囲以下のフラクション(i)と、重質最終フラクション(iii)と、沸点がフラクション(i)とフラクション(iii)との間にある中間基油前駆体フラクション(ii)とに分離する工程、
(b)基油前駆体フラクション(ii)に対し、接触水素化異性化及び接触脱蝋工程を施して、1種以上の基油等級を得る工程、
(c)重質最終フラクション(iii)に対し、転化工程を施して、該重質最終フラクション(iii)より低沸点のフラクション(iv)を得る工程、及び
(d)フラクション(iv)の高沸点フラクション(v)に対し、接触水素化異性化及び接触脱蝋工程を施して、1種以上の基油等級を得る工程、
により、フィッシャー・トロプシュ合成生成物から基油を製造する方法。
可能な異性化触媒の例としては、耐火性酸化物担体上の1種以上の第VIII族金属、例えばニッケル、コバルト、白金又はパラジウムである。特定の触媒例は、シリカ−アルミナ担体(ASA)上のPt、ASA上のPd、ASA上のPtNi、ASA上のPtCo、ASA上のPtPd、ASA上のCoMoCu、ASA上のNiMoCu、ASA上のNiW、アルミナ上のNiWF、ASA上のPtF、アルミナ上のNiMoFである。別途の脱蝋工程として、周知の接触脱蝋法の工程(b)で使用できる。ここで触媒としては、中間細孔サイズのモレキュラーシーブ及び水素化成分、好ましくは白金又はパラジウムのような貴金属を含む触媒が使用される。これら方法の例は、例えばEP−A−458895に記載されるようなSAPO−11、例えばEP−B−832171に記載されるようなZSM−5、例えばEP−A−540590及びEP−A−092376に記載されるようなZSM−23、例えばUS−A−4574043に記載されるようなZSM−22、例えばUS−A−6179994に記載されるようなモルデナイト、及び例えばEP−A−1029029に記載されるようなフェリエライト(ferrierite)をベースとした方法がある。
工程(b)を単一触媒法を用いて行う場合、触媒としては、例えばUS−A−5885438に記載されるような白金−ゼオライトβ含有触媒をベースとする触媒、或いは例えばEP−A−536525に記載されるようなZSM−23又はZSM−22をベースとする触媒を使用してよい。例えばWO−A−0107538に記載されるようなZSM−12をベースとする触媒を使用する方法が好ましい。
(aa)該フィッシャー・トロプシュ合成生成物を、沸点が中間蒸留物範囲以下のフラクション(i)と、初期沸点が500〜600℃の範囲にある重質最終フラクション(iii)と、沸点がフラクション(i)と重質最終フラクション(iii)との間にある蝋状ラフィネートフラクション(ii)とに分離する工程、
(bb)該重質最終フラクション(iii)に対し、転化工程を施して、重質最終フラクションの一部を、これより低沸点の化合物に転化した後、転化工程の流出流を工程(aa)に再循環する工程、
を含む。

脱蝋油から分離されたガス油生成物52は、有望な低温特性を有するブレンド生成物が得られるよう、好ましくはガス油フラクション47とブレンドされる。ガス油生成物52は、低い曇り点及び常温油こし詰まり点(CFFP)を有する。有望な低温特性を有するガス油生成物52の容積は、基油前駆体フラクション48の初期沸点を調節することにより制御できる。このような制御により、操作者は、小容積のガス油52、したがって、得られるガス油生成物52、47のブレンドの、曇り点やCFFPのような低温特性を目標とすることができる。
本発明を以下の非限定的例により説明する。
第1表に示すような特性を有するフィッシャー・トロプシュ誘導生成物を蒸留して、沸点がほぼ540℃より高温のフラクション(蒸留原料に対し72重量%回収された)及び沸点がほぼ350〜540℃の範囲にあるフラクション(蒸留原料に対し25重量%回収された)を得た。更に、この原料から、沸点がほぼ350℃未満のフラクション3重量%が分離された。原料及び主な蒸留物フラクションの沸点曲線データを第1表に示す。

Claims (15)
- (a)フィッシャー・トロプシュ合成生成物を、沸点が中間蒸留物範囲以下のフラクション(i)と、重質最終フラクション(iii)と、沸点がフラクション(i)とフラクション(iii)との間にある中間基油前駆体フラクション(ii)とに分離する工程、
(b)基油前駆体フラクション(ii)に対し、接触水素化異性化及び接触脱蝋工程を施して、1種以上の基油等級を得る工程、
(c)重質最終フラクション(iii)に対し、転化工程を施して、該重質最終フラクション(iii)より低沸点のフラクション(iv)を得る工程、及び
(d)フラクション(iv)の高沸点フラクション(v)に対し、接触水素化異性化及び接触脱蝋工程を施して、1種以上の基油等級を得る工程、
により、フィッシャー・トロプシュ合成生成物から基油を製造する方法。 - 前記重質最終フラクション(iii)の初期沸点が、500〜600℃の範囲である請求項1に記載の方法。
- 工程(b)が、貴金属水素化成分と、ゼオライトβ、ZSM−23、ZSM−22、ZSM−35又はZSM−12よりなる群から選ばれたモレキュラーシーブとを含む触媒の存在下に行われる請求項1又は2に記載の方法。
- 工程(c)が、酸性官能価及び水素化/脱水素化官能価を含む非晶質触媒を利用する水素化分解/水素化異性化工程として行われる請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 工程(c)が、12員の環構造を有するモレキュラーシーブ及び金属水素化成分を含有する触媒の存在下、接触脱蝋条件下で行われる請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 工程(c)及び(d)を事実上、同時に行って、接触水素化異性化及び接触脱蝋も起こるように、前記条件が選ばれる請求項5に記載の方法。
- 工程(d)が、貴金属水素化成分と、ゼオライトβ、ZSM−23、ZSM−22、ZSM−35又はZSM−12よりなる群から選ばれたモレキュラーシーブとを含む触媒の存在下に行われる請求項1〜5のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 工程(a)、工程(b)及び/又は工程(c)の原料が、これら原料に存在する酸素化物及び/又はオレフィンを除去するため、まず水素化される請求項1〜7のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 工程(c)が、熱分解工程により行われる請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 工程(c)が、接触分解工程により行われる請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 工程(c)で得られた沸点370℃未満のフラクションに対し、オリゴマー化工程(f)を施す請求項9又は10に記載の方法。
- 工程(f)で基油フラクションが製造され、該基油フラクションが工程(b)及び/又は(d)基油生成物と混合される請求項11に記載の方法。
- 工程(f)で基油フラクションが製造され、該基油フラクションが工程(b)で脱蝋される請求項11に記載の方法。
- 工程(c)の流出流が工程(a)に供給され、こうして工程(b)及び(d)が事実上、同時に行われる請求項1〜14のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- (aa)40重量%を超える部分が550℃より高沸点であるフィッシャー・トロプシュ合成生成物を、沸点が中間蒸留物範囲以下のフラクション(i)と、初期沸点が500〜600℃の範囲にある重質最終フラクション(iii)と、沸点がフラクション(i)と重質最終フラクション(iii)との間にある蝋状ラフィネートフラクション(ii)とに分離する工程、(bb)該重質最終フラクション(iii)に対し、転化工程を施して、重質最終フラクションの一部を、これより低沸点の化合物に転化した後、転化工程の流出流を工程(aa)に再循環する工程、
により該フィッシャー・トロプシュ合成生成物から、90重量%を超える部分が370〜550℃の沸点範囲にある蝋状ラフィネートフラクションを製造する方法。
