Claims (15)

  1. 化学反応を実施して反応生成物を処理するための自動化された集積マイクロ流体装置において、
    化学反応チップと、化学反応の実施に用いられる試薬を分離または精製するためのマイクロスケールのクロマトグラフィカラムとを備え、
    化学反応チップは、
    チップ中に試薬、溶媒および生成物を通すための流路のマイクロ流体ネットワークを有する基板と、
    試薬および溶媒を導入して化学反応を実施するための実質的にコイン形状の反応室であって、この反応室に試薬および溶媒を導入するために、少なくとも1つの流路に流体を流すように構成された少なくとも1つの入口チャネルと、試薬および生成物を含む溶液を反応室から送り出すための少なくとも1つの出口チャネとを有する反応室と、
    マルチポート入口チャネルおよび弁を有し、反応室に流体を流し試薬および/または溶媒流を制御するように構成されたマニホルドと、
    流路に作用するように相互接続され、流路に流体を流し、流路およびチップを介して試薬、溶媒および生成物をポンピングするためのポンプと、
    用いられるポジトロンおよびガンマ放出体から放射する放射能に対して不透過性のケーシングとを含み、
    カラムはチップと一体化され、カラムに試薬および/または溶媒を導入しカラムから反応室への少なくとも1つの流路に送り込むための流体流用のカラム入口チャネルおよび出口チャネルを有し、カラムへの液体の流入がオンチップ弁によって制御され、さらに、
    マクロ流体装置のカラム、流路、マニホルドおよび反応室間における試薬、溶媒および生成物の流れを制御するための少なくとも2つのオンチップ弁が備えられていることを特徴とする自動化集積マイクロ流体装置。
  2. 化学反応によって18Fで標識した放射性医薬品化合物が生成されることを特徴とする請求項に記載の装置。
  3. 18Fで標識した化合物が、2−デオキシ−2−[F−18]フルオロ−D−グルコース([F−18]−FDG)、3′−デオキシ−3′−[F−18]−フルオロチミジン([F−18]−FLT)、9−(4−[18F]フルオロ−3−(ヒドロキシメチル)ブチル)グアニン([18F]−FHBG)、および、2−(1−{6−[(2−[18F]フルオロエチル)(メチル)アミノ]−2−ナフチル}エチリジン)マロノニトリル([18F]−FDDNP)から構成されるグループから選択されることを特徴とする請求項に記載の装置。
  4. クロマトグラフィカラムが、後続の反応混合物におけるF−18フッ化物イオンの濃度を高めるために、F−18フッ化物イオンを含むターゲット水溶液から[F−18]を捕獲するための樹脂カラムであることを特徴とする請求項に記載の装置。
  5. カラムが少なくとも100マイクロキュリーのF−18フッ化物を捕獲するように構成されていることを特徴とする請求項に記載の装置。
  6. カラムがチップ外部に位置するように構成されていることを特徴とする請求項に記載の装置。
  7. トリフレート前駆体化合物が、反応室内でF−18フッ化物溶液と接触して、F−18フッ化物誘導体を生成することを特徴とする請求項に記載の装置。
  8. 反応室がカラムから約300mCiの[F−18]フッ化物を溶出して、反応室に送り込むのに十分な量の溶媒を保持するように構成されていることを特徴とする請求項に記載の装置。
  9. 装置が5分間のプロセスサイクル1回で少なくとも3回分の投与量の放射性医薬品化合物を調製するように構成されていることを特徴とする請求項に記載の装置。
  10. 反応室に溶出水を供給するためのカラム入口チャネルおよび出口チャネルが、装置内の他のチャネルに比べて少なくとも5%広いことを特徴とする請求項に記載の装置。
  11. マニホルドは反応室に接続された少なくとも6ポートの入口チャネルを含むことを特徴とする請求項に記載の装置。
  12. マニホルドから反応室への各ポート開口部に延びるチャネルの長さが実質的に等しいことを特徴とする請求項に記載の装置。
  13. 装置のサイズが約25×25×5mmであることを特徴とする請求項記載の装置。
  14. さらに、反応室を備え反応室の内容物を混合するように構成されたフラットなデッドエンド制御チャネルが設けられていることを特徴とする請求項に記載の装置。
  15. さらに、反応室の下にデッドエンド蛇行状チャネルが設けられ、反応室の内容物を混合するためにガス抜きと共に二重放射器を形成することを特徴とする請求項10に記載の装置。
