Claims (16)
- 近位端と遠位端を有する内側内腔管を備え、前記内側内腔管の近位端が注入機器に接続され、
近位端と、遠位端と、前記近位端と前記遠位端の間に延びて管腔内部空間を形成する管腔壁とを有する外側内腔管を備え、前記外側内腔管の前記近位端が吸引機器に接続され、
前記注入機器と前記吸引機器が前記内側内腔管と前記外側内腔管内の圧力変化をプログラム制御可能に構成され、
前記内側内腔管の遠位端が前記外側内腔管の前記管腔内部空間の中に配置されて、前記内側内腔管の前記遠位端内の開口を通って前記内側内腔管から出る流体が前記外側内腔管の前記管腔内部空間の中に流入する
ことを特徴とする流体交換カテーテルシステム。 - 前記外側内腔管の前記遠位端に配置された交換面をさらに備えることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の流体交換カテーテルシステム。
- 前記交換面が、フィルタ、膜組織、格子、および網目状の篭から成る群から選択されることを特徴とする請求項2に記載の流体交換カテーテルシステム。
- 前記注入機器と前記吸引機器の少なくとも一方が蠕動ポンプであることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の流体交換カテーテルシステム。
- 前記注入機器と前記吸引機器の少なくとも一方が流体容器であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の流体交換カテーテルシステム。
- 前記注入機器を駆動して、第1注入期間の間第1注入圧力で、前記内側内腔管を介して流体を体内に注入し、流体が前記遠位端を介して前記内側内腔管から排出するとともに前記管腔内部空間に進入するように構成された機構を備え、
前記吸引機器が前記第1注入期間の間休止することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の流体交換カテーテルシステム。 - 前記注入機器を休止させて第1の遅延時間の間注入を停止し、かつ前記吸引機器を起動して、第1吸引期間の間第1吸引圧力で、前記吸引内腔管を介して流体を前記体内から吸引し、前記吸引機構が前記第1注入期間および前記第1遅延時間の間休止され、かつ前記注入機器が前記第1遅延期間および前記第1吸引期間の間休止されるように構成されたことを特徴とする請求項6に記載の流体交換カテーテルシステム。
- 前記第1注入圧力が前記第1吸引圧力よりも大きいことを特徴とする請求項7に記載の流体交換カテーテルシステム。
- 前記第1注入期間が前記第1吸引期間よりも短いことを特徴とする請求項7に記載の流体交換カテーテルシステム。
- 前記交換面に蓄積する生体物質を除去し、注入流体が体液に混合することを許容し、この混合流体をカテーテルを閉塞させることなく排出するために、前記交換面に対して前記内側内腔管を出る流体の噴射をまき散らすように構成された機構を備えることを特徴とする請求項2に記載の流体交換カテーテルシステム。
- 前記機構が、前記内側内腔管を通る前記流体の自由な流動の第2の期間の前である第1の期間の間、前記内側内腔管を閉塞する手段を備えることを特徴とする請求項10に記載の流体交換カテーテル。
- 前記機構が、前記外側内腔管を通る前記流体の自由な流動の第2の期間の前である第1の期間の間、前記外側内腔管を閉塞する手段を備えることを特徴とする請求項10に記載の流体交換カテーテル。
- 前記交換面が前記外側内腔管の開放端を構成することを特徴とする請求項10に記載の流体交換カテーテル。
- 前記内側内腔管が前記外側内腔管内に実質的に同心状に配置されることを特徴とする請求項10に記載の流体交換カテーテル。
- 前記内側内腔管と前記外側内腔管が遠位端において別の管状部材であることを特徴とする請求項10に記載の流体交換カテーテル。
- 前記機構が、
第1の圧力で第1の期間の間、前記内側内腔管を介して流体を注入した後、第2の期間の間停止し、前記外側内腔管が前記第1および第2の期間の間、閉塞され、
前記第1の圧力よりも小さい第2の圧力で第3の期間の間、前記外側内腔管を介して流体を吸引し、前記内側内腔管が前記第3の期間の間、閉塞される
ように構成されることを特徴とする請求項10に記載の流体交換カテーテル。
