Abstract
Description
本発明は、少なくとも2つの並行する連続的な重合反応器中での重合による吸水性ポリマー粒子の製造方法であって、その際この反応生成物が少なくとも1つの方法工程において一緒に後処理される、吸水性ポリマー粒子の製造方法に関する。
i)少なくとも1種のエチレン性不飽和の、酸基を有するモノマー、
ii)少なくとも1種の架橋剤、
iii)場合により1種又は複数種のi)と共重合可能なエチレン性及び/又はアリル性不飽和モノマー及び
iv)場合により1種又は複数種の水溶性ポリマーであって、モノマーi)、ii)、及び場合によりiii)に少なくとも部分的にグラフト可能な水溶性ポリマーを含有するモノマー溶液の重合
この得られる基礎ポリマーの乾燥、分級、
v)場合により少なくとも1種の後架橋剤での後処理、乾燥、及び熱により後架橋することにより製造される。
この例において、生成物品質の逸脱は、サイコロ(Wuerfel)を用いてシミュレーションされた。この際平均値は3.5に相当する(全ての数のための同じ確率及び果てしない回数の投げの際に)。
Claims (12)
- 吸水性ポリマー粒子の製造方法において、この重合を少なくとも2つの並行する連続的な重合反応器中で、実質的に同一の条件下で実施し、かつこの反応生成物を少なくとも1つの方法工程において一緒に後処理することを特徴とする、吸水性ポリマー粒子の製造方法。
- 前記の並行する重合反応器の少なくとも1つが、ベルト反応器及び/又はニーダーであることを特徴とする、請求項1記載の方法。
- 前記の並行する重合反応器が、ベルト反応器又はニーダーのみであることを特徴とする、請求項1又は2記載の方法。
- 前記の並行する重合反応器の反応生成物が、一緒に後架橋工程を受けることを特徴とする、請求項1から3までのいずれか1項記載の方法。
- 前記の並行する重合反応器の反応生成物が、一緒に篩分されることを特徴とする、請求項1から4までのいずれか1項記載の方法。
- 前記の並行する重合反応器の反応生成物が、一緒に粉砕されることを特徴とする、請求項1から5までのいずれか1項記載の方法。
- 前記の並行する重合反応器の反応生成物が、一緒に乾燥されることを特徴とする、請求項1から6までのいずれか1項記載の方法。
- 乾燥器が、ベルト乾燥器であることを特徴とする、請求項7記載の方法。
- 前記の並行する重合反応器の反応生成物が、乾燥前に一緒に貯蔵されることを特徴とする、請求項1から8までのいずれか1項記載の方法。
- 前記の並行する重合反応器中で重合されるモノマー溶液がアクリル酸及びアクリル酸と共重合可能な架橋剤少なくとも1種を含有することを特徴とする、請求項1から9までのいずれか1項記載の方法。
- 重合を、前記モノマーに対して0.016質量%より少ない重合抑制剤の存在下で実施することを特徴とする、請求項1から10までのいずれか1項記載の方法。
- 請求項1から10までのいずれか1項記載の方法により製造される吸水性ポリマー粒子の使用を含む、衛生物品の製造方法。
