Description

(a)前記普通はガス状の混合物を、ガス状酸性成分の1つ以上、好ましくはH2Sを前記混合物から選択的に吸収できると特徴づけられる吸収剤溶液と接触させる工程と、
(b)吸収剤、ガス状酸性成分、例えば、H2Sを含有する前記吸収剤溶液を、少なくとも部分的に再生させる工程と、
(c)工程(a)におけるように接触させることによってガス状酸性成分、好ましくはH2Sの選択的吸収のために再生液をリサイクルする工程と
を含む選択的吸収のために利用される。
好ましくは、再生工程は、加熱およびストリッピング、より好ましくは加熱およびスチームでのストリッピングによって実施される。
1.吸収試験は、89:10:1の窒素:二酸化炭素:硫化水素の試験ガス混合物を使用して吸収剤の0.15M水溶液について35℃で2時間実施した。
2.脱着は、試験ガス混合物と同じ流量で流れるN2中85℃で2時間行った。
Claims (6)
- ガス状酸性成分と非酸性成分とCO2とを含有する普通はガス状の混合物から1つ以上のガス状酸性成分を選択的に除去するための方法であって、
ガス状酸性成分の1つ以上が前記ガス状の混合物から選択的に吸収される条件下に、前記ガス状の混合物を、非置換又はヒドロカルビル置換ポリアルキレンイミン、非置換又はヒドロカルビル置換ポリアルキレンアシルアミド塩、及びそれらの混合物からなる群から選択される吸収剤溶液と接触させることを含むことを特徴とするガス状酸性成分を選択的に除去する方法。 - 前記式中、RがHまたはC1〜C4アルキルであり、そしてQが1〜4の範囲であり、かつ、塩がNaOH、KOH、Zn(OH)2、Mg(OH)2、Ca(OH)2、またはNR4OHであることを特徴とする請求項2に記載の方法。
- 前記吸収剤によって選択的に吸収されるガス状酸性成分がH2Sであることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記ガス状酸性成分と非酸性成分とCO2との混合物から1つ以上のガス状酸性成分を選択的に吸収するための吸収剤であって、
