Abstract
Description
そこで本発明の課題は、冒頭に述べた形式の方法及び装置改良して、できるだけ安価な構造費用で、しかも安価なコストで、改善された圧力波補整ができるようにすることである。特に、レール圧を検出するための圧力センサは省かれなくてはならない。
本発明を以下に、図面に示した有利な実施例を用いて詳しく説明する。この実施例に、本発明の特殊性、特徴及び利点が記載されている。
図2は、直接式のノズル制御によるインジェクタの圧電式アクチュエータを制御するための、従来技術により公知の方法による、ニードル座部における圧力、連結器内でのノズル開放のために必要な圧力低下、制御電圧、噴射に続くノズル開放のために必要な電圧降下を示す線図、
図3は、修正された制御電圧による圧電式のアクチュエータを制御するための装置の概略的なブロック回路図である。
例えば、まだ公開されていないドイツ連邦共和国特許出願第102004014367号明細書に記載されている、直接ノズルニードル制御式のインジェクタの、本発明を理解するために必要な構成部分は、ノズル体100を有しており、このノズル体100内においてノズルニードル110がばね115の戻し力に抗してノズル体100の軸方向で可動にガイドされている。
Claims (10)
- インジェクタのノズルニードル(115)に直接的に又は伝達手段を介して作用する少なくとも1つの圧電式のアクチュエータによって燃料噴射を行い、この際に、アクチュエータ操作を規定する制御電圧を燃料噴射の圧力波の影響に関連して修正することによって、内燃機関の噴射システムを制御するための方法において、
噴射によって生ぜしめられた、ノズルニードル(115)に作用する圧力波を、噴射休止中にアクチュエータ電圧を測定することによって算出し、続いて行われる噴射のアクチュエータ電圧をノズルニードルに作用する圧力波に応じて調整することを特徴とする、内燃機関の噴射システムを制御するための方法。 - アクチュエータ電圧の測定を噴射終了後に開始し、次いで行われる噴射開始と共に終了する、請求項1記載の方法。
- アクチュエータ電圧の他に、レール圧及び/又は燃料温度を測定し、2つの噴射間の時間的な間隔及び/又は制御時間を考慮する、請求項1又は2記載の方法。
- 圧力波を、アクチュエータ電圧の振幅及び/又はゼロ交差を測定することによって規定する、請求項1から3までのいずれか1項記載の方法。
- 制御電圧を測定することによって算出された圧力波を、動的なインタラプトで算出したレール圧力の関数として、燃料温度の関数として、2つの噴射間の時間的な間隔の関数として、並びに制御時間の関数として特性マップスペース内に、又はマトリックスの関数として内燃機関の制御装置(310)内にメモリーする、請求項1から4までのいずれか1項記載の方法。
- 制御電圧を、コンピュータによって実時間で、先行する計算に対して変化したパラメータに適合させる、請求項5記載の方法。
- 内燃機関の噴射システムを制御するための装置であって、インジェクタのノズルニードル(115)に直接的に又は伝達手段を介して作用する少なくとも1つの圧電式のアクチュエータによって燃料噴射が行われ、この際に、噴射しようとする燃料量を規定する制御が、燃料噴射の圧力波の影響に関連して修正されるようになっている形式のものにおいて、
検出されたアクチュエータ電圧に応じて、噴射休止中に発生するアクチュエータ電圧の特性曲線を算出するための、及び次いで行われる噴射の制御電圧を修正するための回路ユニット(310)が設けられていることを特徴とする、内燃機関の噴射システムを制御するための装置。 - 前記回路ユニット(310)が、内燃機関の制御器である、請求項7記載の装置。
- 修正された制御電圧が、回路ユニット(310)によって、実時間で、先行する計算に対して変化したパラメータに適合可能である、請求項7又は8記載の装置。
- 少なくとも1つの電気式のアクチュエータ(120)が機械式又は液圧式の伝達手段を介してノズルニードルに作用するようになっている、請求項7から9までのいずれか1項記載の装置。
