Abstract
Description
Claims (20)
- 軸心周りに回転するシリンダバレルの内部に少なくとも1つの押し退け容積室が設けられ、この押し退け容積室がシリンダバレルの回転に応じてバルブプレートの制御面にそれぞれ円弧状に形成された第1制御溝と第2制御溝を介して入口通路と出口通路にそれぞれ選択的に接続される形式のユニット形流体圧機械において、入口通路に連通する第1制御溝(20)と出口通路に連通する第2制御溝(21)とがシリンダバレルの径方向に関して相対的に離れた位置に設けられ、シリンダバレルには押し退け容積室(6)を第1制御溝(20)に連通させる第1の連絡通路(8a)と第2制御溝(21)に連通させる第2の連絡通路(8b)とが設けられ、これら連絡通路(8a;8b)の開口端部には各制御溝(20;21)に対して端面で摺動する環状シール部材(22a;22b)がそれぞれ配置されていることを特徴とするユニット形流体圧機械。
- 各環状シール部材(22a;22b)が一端面でバルブプレートと摺接するスリーブからなることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のユニット形流体圧機械。
- 各環状シール部材(22a;22b)がそれぞれスプリング(31a;31b)によってバルブプレート(9)へ向けて押圧付勢されていることを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載のユニット形流体圧機械。
- 各環状シール部材(22a;22b)がそれぞれバルブプレート(9)に向かう押圧力の作用面としての制御面(32a;32b)を備えていることを特徴とする請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載のユニット形流体圧機械。
- 各制御面(32a;32b)がそれぞれ連絡通路(8a;8b)内に現れる流体圧力の受圧面を形成していることを特徴とする請求項4に記載のユニット形流体圧機械。
- 各環状シール部材(22a;22b)がそれぞれ連絡通路(8a;8b)の端部に設けられた拡径段付凹部(30a;30b)の内部に配置されていることを特徴とする請求項1〜5のいずれか1項に記載のユニット形流体圧機械。
- 各環状シール部材(22a;22b)がそれぞれOリング(33a;33b)によって拡径段付凹部(30a;30b)に対してシールされていることを特徴とする請求項6に記載のユニット形流体圧機械。
- 第1制御溝(20)を第2制御溝(21)に対してシールするシール機構(25)と、第1制御溝(20)をユニットのケーシング内部空間に対してシールするシール機構(26)と、第2制御溝(21)をユニットのケーシング内部空間に対してシールするシール機構(27)とのいずれか1つ以上が更に設けられていることを特徴とする請求項1〜7のいずれか1項に記載のユニット形流体圧機械。
- 各シール機構(25;26;27)がそれぞれリング状の端面摺動シール部材(25a;26a;27a)によって構成されていることを特徴とする請求項8に記載のユニット形流体圧機械。
- 各シール機構(25;26;27)がそれぞれスプリング(38;39;40)によってシリンダバレル(5)へ向けて押圧付勢されていることを特徴とする請求項8又は9に記載のユニット形流体圧機械。
- 各シール機構(25;26;27)がそれぞれシリンダバレル(5)に向かう押圧力の作用面としての制御面(41;42;43)を備えていることを特徴とする請求項8〜10のいずれか1項に記載のユニット形流体圧機械。
- 第1制御溝(20)を第2制御溝(21)に対してシールするシール機構(25)の制御面(41)及び第2制御溝(21)をユニットのケーシング内部空間に対してシールするシール機構(27)の制御面(43)が第2制御溝(21)内に現れる流体圧力の受圧面を形成し、第1制御溝(20)をユニットのケーシング内部空間に対してシールするシール機構(26)の制御面(42)が第1制御溝(20)内に現れる流体圧力の受圧面を形成していることを特徴とする請求項11に記載のユニット形流体圧機械。
- 各シール機構(25;26;27)がそれぞれバルブプレート(9)に設けられた環状凹部(35;36;37)の内部に配置されていることを特徴とする請求項8〜12のいずれか1項に記載のユニット形流体圧機械。
- 各シール機構(25;26;27)がそれぞれOリング(45;46;47)によって環状凹部(35;36;37)に対してシールされていることを特徴とする請求項13に記載のユニット形流体圧機械。
- 各制御溝(20;21)が腎臓形制御溝として構成されていることを特徴とする請求項1〜14のいずれか1項に記載のユニット形流体圧機械。
- バルブプレート(9)が調節機構又は調節ピストン装置(50)によって軸心(4)周りに回動可能であることを特徴とする請求項1〜15のいずれか1項に記載のユニット形流体圧機械。
- ポンプ又は圧縮機として構成されていることを特徴とする請求項1〜16のいずれか1項に記載のユニット形流体圧機械。
- 原動機として構成されていることを特徴とする請求項1〜16のいずれか1項に記載のユニット形流体圧機械。
- 作動流体が液体であることを特徴とする請求項1〜18のいずれか1項記載のユニット形流体圧機械。
- 作動流体が気体状の特に水素であることを特徴とする請求項1〜18のいずれか1項に記載のユニット形流体圧機械。
