Claims (9)
- 力の変動に適合するように配列された繊維ストランド(2−8,18)を用い、TFP法によって、面倒な裏張り層を有することなく実質的に所望の材料厚さを有し、且つ実質的に所望の表面幾何学形状を有する単層又は複層の繊維プリフォーム(1,17)を製造する方法であって、
a)ゴムシート又はシリコンシートによって形成される基体(9,19)上に前記繊維ストランド(2−8,18)を載置し付着させる前に、意図される繊維プリフォーム(1,17)の表面幾何学形状に適合するように、当該柔軟性及び弾性を有する基体(9,19)の表面幾何学形状を変化させる工程と、
b)前記繊維プリフォーム(1,17)を形成するために、縫製ヘッドから導かれる固定糸(10,11)を用いて、前記繊維ストランド(2−8,18)を前記基体(9,19)上に載置し付着させる工程と、
c)前記縫製ヘッドに設けられた針によって、前記固定糸(10,11)を前記基体(9,19)中に差し込むことにより、前記固定糸(10,11)を前記基体(9,19)内に導入し、その結果形成された固定糸のループ(12,14)を基体9,19内で強固に保持させる工程と、
d)前記基体(9,19)から繊維プリフォーム(1,17)を持ち上げる工程とを備えてなることを特徴とする繊維プリフォームの製造方法。 - 前記繊維プリフォーム(1,17)の意図される表面幾何学形状への適合のために、前記繊維プリフォーム(1,17)の持ち上げ前に、前記基体(9,19)の表面幾何学形状を変化させることを特徴とする請求項1記載の繊維プリフォームの製造方法。
- 前記基体(9,19)の表面幾何学形状が、支持要素によって予め決定されることを特徴とする請求項1又は2記載の繊維プリフォームの製造方法。
- 前記繊維プリフォーム(1,17)の意図される表面幾何学形状への適合のために、前記支持要素が開ループ及び閉ループ制御装置によって動かされることを特徴とする請求項1乃至3記載のいずれかの繊維プリフォームの製造方法。
- 前記繊維プリフォーム(1,17)が、前記基体(9,19)から持ち上げられる前に固化されることを特徴とする請求項1乃至4記載のいずれかの繊維プリフォームの製造方法。
- 前記繊維プリフォーム(1,17)の固化が、結合材、特に、熱可塑性材料及び/又は接着剤を用いて行われることを特徴とする請求項1乃至5記載のいずれかの繊維プリフォームの製造方法。
- 前記基体(9,19)に関する縫製ヘッドの位置が、基体(9,19)上における繊維ストランド(2−8,18)の載置曲線を実質的に所望のものとするために、特に、力の変動に適合させた曲線とするために、少なくとも2次元平面内で、前記開ループ及び閉ループ制御装置によって監視されることを特徴とする請求項1乃至6記載のいずれかの繊維プリフォームの製造方法。
- 少なくとも2つの層(15,16)を有する前記繊維プリフォーム(1,17)を形成するために、少なくとも或る領域内において、少なくとも2つの繊維ストランド(2−8,18)が基体9,19上に載置され、固定されることを特徴とする請求項1乃至7記載のいずれかの繊維プリフォームの製造方法。
- 基体(9,19)からの取り外しの後、少なくとも2つの前記繊維プリフォーム(1,17)が、複層の繊維プリフォーム(1,17)を形成するために、積層されることを特徴とする請求項1乃至8記載のいずれかの繊維プリフォームの製造方法。
