Procédé de fabrication d’une préforme tridimensionnelle Procédé de fabrication d’une préforme tridimensionnelle (35) sous forme de corps creux ou de structure sandwich comportant les étapes suivantes : déposer et coudre à plat au moins une couche (15, 31) de fibres (16, 33) sur un substrat (10), avec au moins un fil de couture (18), pour obtenir une préforme à plat (9), de telle sorte que la préforme (9) comporte au moins deux bords (29, 34) définissant chacun une languette de recouvrement (13), disposer la préforme (9) ou une pluralité de telles préformes (9) autour d’au moins un noyau (38) ou d’au moins une âme (60) de manière à ce que chaque languette de recouvrement (13) se superpose au moins partiellement à au moins une autre languette de recouvrement (13) dans une zone de superposition (39), fixer au moins les languettes de recouvrement (13) entre elles dans ladite zone de superposition (39), de manière à former la préforme tridimensionnelle (35).
