Claims (17)
- 粉末状又はきめの細かい材料用の、また、特に、か焼石膏に適した、乾燥粉砕機において、作業チェンバ(30)を囲むハウジング(39)を備えており、ハウジング(39)においては、下方の領域につながっている推進ガス用の供給装置(42)と、粉砕装置と、前記粉砕装置上へ前記材料を上端から供給する材料注入口(31)とが、交互に重なって設けられており、材料吐出口(38)は、作業チェンバ(30)の上方の領域から外方へつながり、戻り流路は、下方の前記粉砕装置につながっており、前記粉砕装置は、水平面内で回転し、且つ、ハウジング(39)の内部上に配置された衝突ケーシング(35)と相互作用する、遠心ディスク(32)であり、
底部から遠心ディスク(32)を取り囲むノズル・リング(45)が、作業チェンバ(30)内に推進ガスを供給するように、設けられていることを特徴とする、乾燥粉砕機。 - 遠心ディスク(32)用の駆動モータ(49)が、作業チェンバ(30)の外側に配置されていることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の乾燥粉砕機。
- 遠心ディスク(32)が、空気軸受(34)により支持されていることを特徴とする、請求項1又は2に記載の乾燥粉砕機。
- 衝突ケーシング(35)が、複数の交換可能なセグメントを有する多くの部分で構成されていることを特徴とする、請求項1〜3のいずれか1つに記載の乾燥粉砕機。
- 作業チェンバ(30)を負圧にするために、負圧接続(40)が設けられていることを特徴とする、請求項1〜4のいずれか1つに記載の乾燥粉砕機。
- 高温ガス発生器(41)が、供給装置(42)を介してノズル・リング(45)に接続されていることを特徴とする、請求項1〜5のいずれか1つに記載の乾燥粉砕機。
- ノズル・リング(45)に、可変空気ギャップが設けられていることを特徴とする、請求項1〜6のいずれか1つに記載の乾燥粉砕機。
- 遠心ディスク(32)が、その縁端部にストレーナ・バスケット(33)を有することを特徴とする、請求項1〜7のいずれか1つに記載の乾燥粉砕機。
- 遠心ディスク(32)から上昇する材料のきめの粗い部分を、遠心ディスク(32)に戻すために分離する、篩分け装置(36)が、作業チェンバ(30)の上方の領域に配置されていることを特徴とする、請求項1〜8のいずれか1つに記載の乾燥粉砕機。
- 下向き戻り流路(37)が設けられており、この下向き戻り流路を通って、きめの粗い部分が、重力により、遠心ディスク(32)上に搬送されることを特徴とする、請求項9に記載の乾燥粉砕機。
- 粉末状又はきめの細かい材料、特に石膏を、粉砕する方法において、
前記材料を供給することと、前記材料を上端から粉砕装置上へ供給することと、前記材料に水平に遠心力を作用させて衝突ケーシング(35)にぶつけることにより前記材料を粉砕することと、前記粉砕された材料を推進ガス流により上方に移動させることと、前記粉砕された材料を排出することと、重力を用いて大きな成分を戻すことにより、前記粉砕することを繰り返すことと、を含んでおり、
ノズル・リング(45)を介して前記推進ガスを供給し、且つ、前記推進ガス流内で前記材料をか焼することを特徴とする、方法。 - 前記材料を粉砕するために外側から遠心ディスク(32)を駆動することを特徴とする、請求項11に記載の方法。
- 反応装置の上方の領域に配置されている篩分け装置(36)を用いて、粉砕された材料を分類することを特徴とする、請求項11又は12に記載の方法。
- 動的な篩分けを特徴とする、請求項13に記載の方法。
- 反応装置を、好ましくは−15ミリバールから−3ミリバールの範囲の負圧にすることを特徴とする、請求項11〜14のいずれか1つに記載の方法。
- 前記推進ガスを、好ましくは500℃〜700℃の温度の高温ガスとして供給することを特徴とする、請求項11〜15のいずれか1つに記載の方法。
- 前記推進ガス流を、ノズル・リング(45)に設けられている空気ギャップを用いて調整することを特徴とする、請求項11〜16のいずれか1つに記載の方法。
