Claims (5)
- 気体燃料で駆動される内燃機関を運転させるための方法であって、
少なくとも1つのエンジン運転域において、主燃焼室(5)に供給された燃料ガスと空気との混合気の燃焼が予燃焼室(6)内の着火性燃料と空気との混合気の着火によって導かれ、その際、前記予燃焼室内において圧縮行程終了付近で液体燃料の自己着火によって燃焼する燃料と空気との混合気が生じるように構成され、1つの作動サイクルの間に液体燃料が前記予燃焼室(6)内に複数回噴射されることを特徴とする内燃機関運転方法。 - 少なくとも初回の噴射は圧縮行程の開始時に、好ましくは着火上死点前180°のクランク角から本来の着火時点の直前までの間の領域で行われることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の内燃機関運転方法。
- 少なくとも2回目の噴射は圧縮行程の後半に、好ましくは上死点前30°と上死点までの間の領域内で行われることを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載の内燃機関運転方法。
- 初回噴射の燃料量は2回目の噴射燃料量よりも多いことを特徴とする請求項3に記載の内燃機関運転方法。
- 初回の噴射後に前記予燃焼室(6)内に燃料と空気との均質な混合気が生ずることを特徴とする請求項1から4のいずれか一項に記載の内燃機関運転方法。
