Abstract
【解決手段】 センサ部1、回路部2、演算部3、及び出力部4を備え、回路部2は、センサ部1を駆動すると共に、センサ部1で検出された信号を演算部3に伝達する機能部であり、送信回路21、第1の受信回路22、及び第2の受信回路23などを備えている。送信回路21は、送信素子111及び送信素子121と接続しており、これらの素子を駆動して連続波を発生させる。速度波形演算部31は、第1の受信回路22及び第2の受信回路23と接続しており、受信素子112、122で検出された、反射連続波の周波数を取得する。その後、送信回路21の周波数と比較し周波数の変化量を検出する。これらの値より血液の流速vを求めることができる。

Description
本実施の形態の脳血管疾患リスク評価装置は、血液の流速と、血圧を用いて所定の計算を行い、脳血管疾患リスクを評価する。
図1は、脳血管疾患リスク評価装置のセンサ部を示した図であり、図1はセンサ部の断面を示しており、センサ部1が装着された皮膚51、血管52も図示してある。

以上の式(1)、(2)において、cは生体内での音速であり約1530[m/s]である。また、Fは生体内の内部に送信した超音波の周波数であり、vは血液の流速である。式(1)、(2)からθは次の式(3)で表される。
第1の超音波センサ11と第2の超音波センサ12の超音波送受信側の面には整合部が設けられている。整合部は樹脂などの超音波伝達媒体により構成されており、センサ部1と生体内とのインピーダンスを調節する音響整合層を構成している。より詳細には、整合部は、送受信素子のインピーダンスと生体内のインピーダンスの中間程度のインピーダンスを持つ媒体により構成するのが望ましい。
なお、式(4)の計算では、流速、血圧の最大値を用いたが、これは、最大値を用いると対応する流速、血圧の値の取得が容易であるためである。即ち、流速が最大なるときに、血圧も最大になると考えられるため、流速最大値における血圧を最大血圧とすることができる。式(4)は、これら最大値でなくても一般に成り立つ式であり、ある流速における血圧がわかる場合は、これらを式(4)に代入して単位圧力あたりの血流速度を求めることができる。

Claims (5)
- 人体の外部から、前記人体の血管中を流れる血液の流速値を計測する流速計測部と、
前記血管の血圧値を取得する血圧取得部と、
前記血圧取得部により取得した前記血圧値と前記流速計測部により計測した前記流速値とを用いて、脳血管疾患リスクを評価する脳血管疾患リスク演算部と、
を具備する脳血管疾患リスク評価装置。 - 前記脳血管疾患リスク演算部により算出した指標値を出力表示する出力部をさらに備える請求項1に記載の脳血管疾患リスク評価装置。
- 前記脳血管疾患リスク演算部は、時間とともに変化する前記流速値のうち、極大値を示す1つまたは複数の前記流速値と、前記血圧取得部により取得した最高血圧値と、を用いて前記脳血管疾患リスクを評価する請求項1または2に記載の脳血管疾患リスク評価装置。
- 前記流速計測部は、前記人体の表面から前記血液に対して連続波を送信する送信部と、前記送信した連続波のうち、前記血液で反射された反射波を受信する受信部と、該受信部により受信した2方向からの前記反射波の周波数変化量を用いて前記血液の前記流速値を算出する速度波形演算部と、を備える請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載の脳血管疾患リスク評価装置。
- 前記脳血管疾患リスク演算部は、脳血管疾患リスクを数段階で評価する請求項1〜4のいずれか1項に記載の脳血管疾患リスク評価装置。
