Abstract
【解決手段】刃具12を取り付け可能な装着穴14dを有し、工作機械の主軸3に取り付けられるホルダ本体14において、該ホルダ本体14は、前記装着穴14dに取り付けられた刃具12の軸心方向に貫通する第1吸引穴a1に連通するよう軸心方向に貫通して形成された第2吸引穴a2と、該第2吸引穴a2に連通し、前記第1吸引穴a1からの吸引空気以外の空気を吸引可能に形成された第3吸引穴a3とを備えている。

Description
このように実施例1では、刃具12に第1吸引穴a1を、ホルダ本体14に第2,第3吸引穴a2,a3を、さらにドローバー7及びインナパイプ16に第4吸引穴a4を形成し、インナパイプ16に吸引装置を接続したので、粉塵状の切削粉の吸引を簡単な構造で実現できる。

Claims (4)
- 刃具を取り付け可能な装着穴を有し、工作機械の主軸に取り付けられるホルダ本体において、該ホルダ本体は、前記装着穴に取り付けられた刃具の軸心方向に貫通する第1吸引穴に連通するよう軸心方向に貫通して形成された第2吸引穴と、該第2吸引穴に連通し、前記第1吸引穴からの吸引空気以外の空気を吸引可能に形成された第3吸引穴とを備えている。
- 請求項1に記載のホルダ本体において、前記第3吸引穴は、その通路面積を調整可能に構成されている。
- 請求項2に記載のホルダ本体において、前記第3吸引穴は、ホルダ本体に回転可能に装着されたリング部材に軸方向に開口するよう形成された吸込部と、該吸込部と前記第1,第2吸引穴の接続部付近とを連通可能に前記ホルダ本体に形成された連通部とを有し、前記リング部材の角度位置を調整することにより前記第3吸引穴の実質的な通路面積が調整可能となっている。
- 請求項1に記載のホルダ本体において、前記刃具はコレットによりホルダ本体に装着されており、前記第3吸引穴は、前記コレットに、前記第1吸引穴の径方向外側に位置し、かつ軸方向に貫通するように形成されている。
