Claims (10)
- 凹部域(52)を画定している基材(30)と、
前記凹部域(52)の内部に少なくとも部分的に配設されている伝熱管(44)と、
前記基材(30)に取り付けられている電子部品(36)と
を備えた計算機式断層写真法検出器装置。 - 前記基材(30)は、前記伝熱管(44)を保持するように構成されている全体的に円筒形の凹部域(52)を画定している、請求項1に記載の装置。
- 前記基材(30)は第二の凹部域(52)を画定しており、該第二の凹部域(52)の内部に少なくとも部分的に配設されている第二の伝熱管(44)をさらに含んでいる請求項1に記載の装置。
- 前記基材(30)は全体的にI字形断面を画定している、請求項3に記載の装置。
- 前記基材(30)はセラミックを含んでいる、請求項1に記載の装置。
- 前記凹部域(52)の内部で前記伝熱管(44)を前記基材(30)に固定する放熱材料(54)をさらに含んでいる請求項1に記載の装置。
- 前記放熱材料(54)はエポキシ又ははんだを含んでいる、請求項6に記載の装置。
- 前記電子部品(36)に取り付けられており、前記基材(30)の第一の側面から前記基材(30)の第二の側面まで包囲している可撓性回路をさらに含んでいる請求項1に記載の装置。
- 前記可撓性回路は前記放熱材料(54)に電子的に接続されている、請求項1に記載の装置。
- 前記伝熱管(44)と熱的に連通している液体冷却材(48)をさらに含んでいる請求項1に記載の装置。
