Claims (10)
- 凹部域(52)を画定している基材(30)と、
前記凹部域(52)の内部に少なくとも部分的に配設されている伝熱管(44)と、
前記基材(30)に取り付けられている電子部品(36)と
を備え、
前記伝熱管(44)は、芯を有している、
計算機式断層写真法検出器装置。 - 前記基材(30)は、前記伝熱管(44)を保持するように構成されている全体的に円筒形の凹部域(52)を画定している、請求項1に記載の装置。
- 前記基材(30)は第二の凹部域(52)を画定しており、該第二の凹部域(52)の内部に少なくとも部分的に配設されている第二の伝熱管(44)をさらに含んでおり、
前記凹部域(52)は、前記基材(30)の半径方向内側面と半径方向外側面との間に延びる、第一の側面に配置され、
第二の凹部域(52)は、前記基材(30)の前記第一の側面とは反対側の第二の側面に配置される、
請求項1または2に記載の装置。 - 前記基材(30)の前記半径方向内側面に配置され、前記計算機式断層写真法検出器装置に入射したX線に対応する電気信号を出力するフォトダイオードを備え、
前記電子部品(36)は、前記基材(30)の前記半径方向外側面に配置された、前記フォトダイオードからのアナログ電気信号をディジタル信号へ変換するアナログ−ディジタル変換器、フィールド・プログラマブル・ゲート・アレイ、及び電力調整器のいずれかを含んでいる、請求項3に記載の装置。 - 前記凹部域(52)の内部で前記伝熱管(44)を前記基材(30)に固定する放熱材料(54)をさらに含んでいる請求項1乃至4のいずれかに記載の装置。
- 前記基材(30)の前記半径方向外側面に配置された前記電子部品(36)に取り付けられており、前記基材(30)の第一の側面から前記基材(30)の第二の側面まで包囲している可撓性回路をさらに含んでいる請求項3に記載の装置。
- 前記可撓性回路は前記基材(30)の前記半径方向内側面に配置された前記電子部品(36)に取り付けられており、
前記凹部域(52)は前記可撓性回路に残った弛みを収容し、
前記可撓性回路は前記放熱材料(54)に接続されている、請求項6に記載の装置。 - 前記伝熱管(44)と熱的に連通している液体冷却材(48)をさらに含んでいる請求項1乃至7のいずれかに記載の装置。
- 請求項8に記載の計算機式断層写真法検出器装置と、
前記計算機式断層写真法検出器装置に向かってX線ビーム(22)を放出するX線源(18)と、
前記計算機式断層写真法検出器装置を取り付ける一対のレール(28)と、
前記液体冷却材(48)の熱を放出する熱交換器と、
を備え、
前記伝熱管(44)は前記一対のレール(28)の双方の間に渡されており、
前記一対のレール(28)の各々は、前記液体冷却材(48)を保持する通路(50)を画定する、
計算機式断層写真法システム(10)。 - 導電性の前記伝熱管(44)を前記一対のレール(28)に電気的に接続する套管(46)を備え、
前記套管(46)は前記伝熱管(44)を電気的に接地させる、
請求項9に記載の計算機式断層写真法システム(10)。
