Abstract
【解決手段】建材一体型太陽光発電ユニット1に、太陽電池パネル5、太陽電池パネル5の下側に配置される機能部材6、機能部材6と太陽電池パネル4の対向する端部を保持し外方へ延出する取付部9bが形成された第一枠9と残りの端部を保持する第二枠とを有する枠体7を備えた太陽電池モジュール2と、太陽電池モジュール2の取付部2bを支持可能な複数の支持部3aが階段状に長手方向へ列設され、屋根の構造体を構成可能な加工垂木3と、加工垂木3の支持部3aに取付部2bを対向するように取付けた第一枠9同士の上面を覆う天部4aを備え、加工垂木3に固定されるキャップ部材4とを具備させる。

Claims (5)
- 平板状の太陽電池パネル、該太陽電池パネルの下側に配置される板状の機能部材、該機能部材及び前記太陽電池パネルの対向する端部を保持し外方へ延出する取付部が形成された第一枠を少なくとも有し前記機能部材及び前記太陽電池パネルの外周端部を囲うように保持する枠体を少なくとも備えた太陽電池モジュールと、
該太陽電池モジュールと対応した長さの支持部を有し、複数の該支持部が階段状に長手方向へ列設されると共に、異なる前記太陽電池モジュールにおける前記第一枠の前記取付部が互いに対向するような状態で夫々を取付可能な幅とされ、屋根の構造体を構成可能な加工垂木と、
該加工垂木の上面に前記取付部を互いに対向するように取付けた前記太陽電池モジュールの前記第一枠同士の上面を覆う天部を備え、前記加工垂木に固定されるキャップ部材と
を具備することを特徴とする建材一体型太陽光発電ユニット。 - 前記太陽電池モジュールは、前記第一枠に、
前記太陽電池パネルの端部を嵌合保持する第一保持部と、
該第一保持部の下側に前記機能部材の端部を下方へ脱着可能に保持する第二保持部と
を更に有していることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の建材一体型太陽光発電ユニット。 - 前記キャップ部材は、
前記天部の下面から下方へ延出し前記太陽電池モジュールにおける前記第一枠の夫々の前記取付部に当接可能な脚部を更に備えていることを特徴とする請求項1又は請求項2に記載の建材一体型太陽光発電ユニット。 - 前記太陽電池モジュールは、前記第一枠に、
前記キャップ部材の前記脚部が嵌入可能な嵌入溝と、
該嵌入溝と前記太陽電池パネルとの間に前記取付部が延出する方向へ並んで配置され、上方へ延出する一対の立壁部とを更に有し、
前記キャップ部材は、
前記天部の下面から前記太陽電池モジュールの前記第一枠における一対の前記立壁部の間へ垂下する垂下部を更に有していることを特徴とする請求項3に記載の建材一体型太陽光発電ユニット。 - 前記太陽電池モジュールは、
前記機能部材が野地板とされていることを特徴とする請求項1から請求項4までの何れか一つに記載の建材一体型太陽光発電ユニット。
