Abstract
【解決手段】生成されたガスの有用部分が導かれる制御組立体60は、合成ゼオライトが詰め込まれ、パルス供給様式で装置の出口68を通してユーザに送出される前に製品酸素を保存しておくリザーバとして機能する混合タンク62と、ユーザに送出される製品ガス圧力を調整するためのピストン式圧力制御調整器64と、細菌フィルタ66と、後に述べる電子回路のOCD構成要素を含むパルス式供給トランスデューサ72、フロー制御ソレノイド操作弁74及び低圧センサ76を含んでいる酸素送出システム70と、を備えている。

Claims (11)
- 酸素が濃縮された製品ガスによってユーザへ補助酸素を提供するための酸素濃縮装置であって、装置は電源によって加圧下で動作する圧力スウィング吸着システムと、ユーザへ製品ガスを送出するための送出手段とを備え、
更に、ユーザの呼吸を検出するためのトランスデューサと、
製品ガス中の酸素が所定量である製品ガスを流すことができる手段と、
設定の範囲から所定量を選択するための手段と、
設定に基づいて所定量のガスを供給できるようにするためのトランスデューサに応答し、且つ供給される製品ガス内の酸素の濃度を予測する所定のパラメータの範囲での設定、システム圧力、電源及びユーザの呼吸数を継続的又はサンプル採取して決定されるシステム圧力、電源、ユーザの呼吸数の変化に応答する回路手段と、を備えている酸素濃縮装置。 - 回路手段は、ユーザによる各呼吸又は特定の呼吸を検出したときに、計算された時間にわたって所定量の製品ガスを供給できる、請求項1に記載の装置。
- 前記回路手段は、トランスデューサ、電源、流し可能手段、選択手段およびシステム圧力からの入力データを受け取り、所定量のガスを供給できるマイクロコントローラ、を更に備える、請求項1または2に記載の装置。
- 前記回路手段は、ユーザによって直前に成された呼吸で検出された所定数の実際のシステム圧力から平均システム圧力を決定するための手段を更に備える、請求項1又は2に記載の装置。
- 前記設定手段は、5つの所定の設定を含み、前記回路手段は約1〜5リットル/分と生理学的に概ね等価な製品ガスをユーザに送出する時間の間流し可能手段を作動させるように動作する、請求項2に記載の装置。
- 前記回路手段は、ユーザの血中酸素レベルを測定し、前記血中酸素レベルに応じて設定手段を調整するためにユーザに取り付けられる手段を更に備える、請求項1〜5の何れか一項に記載の装置。
- 前記酸素濃度が所定レベルより下がった場合、前記システム圧力が所定レベルより下がった場合、または所定時間内に呼吸が検出されなかった場合に、ユーザに警告するための手段を更に備える、請求項1〜6の何れか一項に記載の装置。
- 前記回路手段は、第1,第2及び第3表示手段を備え、第1表示手段はシステム起動とユーザの呼吸割合を表示し、第2表示手段は電源の状態を表示し、第3表示手段はシステム故障、低圧、及び/又は所定時間内の呼吸検出不良をユーザに表示する、請求項1〜7の何れか一項に記載の装置。
- 前記回路手段は、少なくとも特定の動作モードで前記圧力スウィング吸着システムを運転することによって前記濃縮器の作動コンポーネントを試験するための手段と、前記圧力スウィング吸着システムの累積作動時間を測定するための再初期化可能なメータとを更に備える、請求項1〜8の何れか一項に記載の装置。
- 前記回路手段は、この回路手段の一部を不能にすることにより電源から導かれる電流を最低にするための電源初期化回路と、前記圧力スウィング吸着システムが過熱した場合に電源を切断する温度スイッチとを更に備える、請求項1〜9の何れか一項に記載の装置。
- 前記装置が生成する製品ガスは、圧力が約131kPa(19psia)から約158.6kPa(23psia)以内で、製品ガス内の酸素濃度が80〜95%の間であり、
装置の重量は4.536Kg(10lb)未満であり、装置の物理的寸法は、一つ目の寸法が43.18cm(約17インチ)未満であり、二つ目の寸法が約20.32cm(約8インチ)未満であり、三つ目の寸法が約15.24cm(約6インチ)未満である、請求項1〜10の何れか一項に記載の装置。
