Abstract

ステンレス鋼(好ましくはマルテンサイト系、好ましくはAISI630)、
陽極酸化処理されたアルミニウム合金、
化学ニッケルメッキされた金属製材料、または、
絶縁性表面層で被覆された、例えば当該マトリックスと同一もしくは異なるポリマーで被覆されたフィラーをポリマーマトリックスに組み込んだ複合材料が挙げられる。

Claims (17)
- 相対回転する自転車部品のアセンブリであって、
支持部材(15,205,315)と、
前記支持部材(15,205,315)と回転可能に接続された回転部材(5,215,305)と、
前記支持部材(15,205,315)と前記回転部材(5,215,305)との間に設けられた少なくとも1つの軸受(20,220,320)と、
を備え、前記少なくとも1つの軸受(20,220,320)が、前記支持部材(15,205,315)および前記回転部材(5,215,305)のうちの1つの部材と強固に結合した第1の軸受要素(30,240,340,40,230,330)を有する自転車部品アセンブリにおいて、
前記第1の軸受要素(30,240,340,40,230,330)と、前記支持部材(15,205,315)および前記回転部材(5,215,305)のうちの前記1つの部材とが、相互に結合した各々の界面(36,38,42,44)において、絶対値で、0.3ボルト以下の標準還元電位差を有することを特徴とする自転車部品アセンブリ(1,201,301)。 - 請求項1において、前記標準還元電位差が、絶対値で、0.2ボルト以下である自転車部品アセンブリ(1,201,301)。
- 請求項1または2において、前記界面(36,38,42,44)の各々が、+0.4〜−0.05ボルトの範囲の中から選ばれた標準還元電位値を有する自転車部品アセンブリ(1,201,301)。
- 請求項3において、前記第1の軸受要素(30,240,340)と、前記支持部材(15,205,315)および前記回転部材(5,215,305)のうちの前記1つの部材(5,205,315)との少なくとも一方が、対応する界面(36,38)において、0.16〜0.18ボルト(両端の数字を含む)の標準還元電位値を有する自転車部品アセンブリ(1,201,301)。
- 請求項1〜4のいずれか一項において、前記第1の軸受要素(30,240,340)の界面(36)が、ステンレス鋼製である自転車部品アセンブリ(1,201,301)。
- 請求項1〜5のいずれか一項において、前記支持部材(15,205,315)および前記回転部材(5,215,305)のうちの前記1つの部材の界面(38)が、ステンレス鋼、陽極酸化処理されたアルミニウム合金、化学ニッケルメッキされた金属製材料、または、絶縁性表面層で被覆されたフィラーをポリマーマトリックスに組み込んだ複合材料から製造されている、自転車部品アセンブリ(1,201,301)。
- 請求項1〜6のいずれか一項において、前記の軸受(20,220,320)が、前記第1の軸受要素(30,240,340)と回転可能に接続された第2の軸受要素(40,230,330)を備えており、前記第1の軸受要素(30,240,340)は前記回転部材(5,215,305)と強固に結合し、前記第2の軸受要素(40,230,330)は前記支持部材(15,205,315)と強固に結合した、自転車部品アセンブリ(1,201,301)。
- 請求項7において、前記第2の軸受要素(40,230,330)と前記支持部材(15,205,315)とが、相互に結合した各々の界面(42,44)を有しており、この界面(42,44)における標準還元電位差が、絶対値で、0.3ボルト以下である自転車部品アセンブリ(1,201,301)。
- 請求項8において、前記第2の軸受要素(40,230,330)および前記支持部材(15,205,315)のうちの少なくとも1つが、対応する界面(42,44)において、0.16〜0.18ボルト(両端の数字を含む)の標準還元電位値を有する自転車部品アセンブリ(1,201,301)。
- 請求項7〜9のいずれか一項において、前記第2の軸受要素(40,230,330)の界面(42)が、ステンレス鋼製である自転車部品アセンブリ(1,201,301)。
- 請求項7〜10のいずれか一項において、前記支持部材(15,205,315)の界面(44)が、ステンレス鋼、陽極酸化処理されたアルミニウム合金、化学ニッケルメッキされた金属製材料、または絶縁性表面層で被覆されたフィラーをポリマーマトリックスに組み込んだ複合材料から製造されている、自転車部品アセンブリ(1,201,301)。
- 請求項7〜11のいずれか一項において、前記第1の軸受要素(30,240,340)および前記第2の軸受要素(40,230,330)はそれぞれリングであり、前記軸受(20,220,320)が、さらに、前記リング間に設けられた複数の転動体を備えている、自転車部品アセンブリ(1,201,301)。
- 請求項12において、前記転動体がセラミック材料製である自転車部品アセンブリ(1,201,301)。
- 請求項13において、前記セラミック材料の密度が、鋼の密度以下である自転車部品アセンブリ(1,201,301)。
- 請求項12〜14のいずれか一項において、前記の軸受(20,220,320)に潤滑剤が塗布されていない自転車部品アセンブリ(1,201,301)。
- 請求項1〜15のいずれか一項において、前記アセンブリがボトムブラケットアセンブリ(1)、ハブアセンブリ(201)またはステアリングアセンブリ(301)である、自転車部品アセンブリ(1,201,301)。
- 請求項1〜16のいずれか一項に記載の自転車部品アセンブリ(1,201,301)を少なくとも1つ備える自転車。
