Abstract
【解決手段】押出成形機のダイ1は、ダイ本体2と口金3と心金4とを備えている。ダイ本体2は、シリンダ内で溶融された樹脂組成物8を押し出す。口金3は、ダイ本体2の押出口10bに取り付けられる。心金4は、ダイ本体2内に配される。口金3と、心金4の先端部42とは、潤滑剤7を内部に含浸可能な連続気孔を有する焼結体で構成されている。

=0.102×F/(d2/2×sin(136°/2))
=0.1891×F/d2
焼結体のビッカース硬さHVが680未満であると、焼結体即ち口金3や心金4の強度が低下し、押出時にかかる圧力によって口金3や心金4が破損してしまう虞がある。

Claims (10)
- シリンダ内で溶融された樹脂組成物を押し出すダイ本体と、前記ダイ本体の押出口に取り付けられる口金と、前記ダイ本体内に配される心金と、を備えた押出成形機のダイにおいて、
前記口金が、潤滑剤を内部に含浸可能な連続気孔を有する焼結体で構成されていることを特徴とする押出成形機のダイ。 - 前記心金の先端部が、潤滑剤を内部に含浸可能な連続気孔を有する焼結体で構成されていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の押出成形機のダイ。
- 前記焼結体のビッカース硬さHVが、680以上とされていることを特徴とする請求項1または請求項2に記載の押出成形機のダイ。
- 前記焼結体が、銅10〜30%を含有する鉄系焼結合金で構成されていることを特徴とする請求項3に記載の押出成形機のダイ。
- 前記連続気孔の直径が、1〜50μmであることを特徴とする請求項1ないし請求項4のうちいずれか一項に記載の押出成形機のダイ。
- 前記口金に供給される前記潤滑剤を内部に通す孔部が、前記ダイ本体を貫通しその先端が前記口金の外周面に向かって開口した直線部と、前記直線部に連なり前記ダイ本体の周方向全体に亘って前記ダイ本体の内面から凹に設けられた円環部と、を備えたことを特徴とする請求項1ないし請求項5のうちいずれか一項に記載の押出成形機のダイ。
- 前記心金の先端部に供給される前記潤滑剤を内部に通す第2の孔部が、前記心金の本体部を貫通しその先端が前記心金の先端部の裏面に向かって開口して設けられたことを特徴とする請求項2ないし請求項6のうちいずれか一項に記載の押出成形機のダイ。
- 前記潤滑剤が、25℃における動粘度が20〜1000mm2/sである潤滑液で構成されていることを特徴とする請求項1ないし請求項7のうちいずれか一項に記載の押出成形機のダイ。
- 前記潤滑液が、シリコーンオイルで構成されていることを特徴とする請求項8に記載の押出成形機のダイ。
- 前記潤滑液が、ポリオキシアルキレン化合物で構成されていることを特徴とする請求項8に記載の押出成形機のダイ。
