Abstract
【解決手段】 本発明の積層発泡シートは、25%圧縮強度が30〜200kPaの発泡シートの一面に合成樹脂フィルムが積層一体化されてなり、上記発泡シートは、該発泡シートの厚み方向に直交する方向に延伸された気泡を有しており、上記発泡シートの気泡において、上記延伸方向の平均気泡径D1と、上記延伸方向に直交し且つ上記発泡シートの厚み方向に直交する方向の平均気泡径D2との比(D1/D2)が1.0〜10.0であることを特徴とする。

独立気泡率F2(%)=100−F1
押出方向に直交する方向(幅方向)に向かって延伸させて発泡シートの気泡を延伸し、気泡を延伸させる発泡シートの製造方法、(4)熱可塑性樹脂、熱分解型発泡剤及び有機過酸化物を押出機に供給して溶融混練し、押出機からシート状に押出すことによって発泡性樹脂シートを製造する工程と、この発泡性樹脂シートを加熱して有機過酸化物を分解させ、発泡性樹脂シートを架橋させつつ発泡させた後に冷却して発泡シートを製造する工程と、この発泡シートを再度、加熱して溶融又は軟化状態とする工程と、上記発泡シートを押出方向に直交する方向(幅方向)に向かって延伸させて発泡シートの気泡を延伸し、気泡を延伸させる発泡シートの製造方法などが挙げられる。
発泡シートの幅における延伸倍率(倍)=W2/W1
重合触媒として四価の遷移金属を含むメタロセン化合物を用いて得られたポリエチレン(日本ポリエチレン社製 商品名「KF370」、密度:0.905g/cm3)100重量部、アゾジカルボンアミド3.1重量部及び2,6−ジ−t−ブチル−p−クレゾール0.3重量部及び酸化亜鉛0.2重量部を押出機に供給して120℃にて溶融混練し、厚さ0.3mm、幅200mmの発泡性ポリエチレンシートを得た。
ポリエチレンテレフタレートフィルムの厚みを25μmの代わりに12μmとしたこと以外は実施例1と同様にして積層発泡シートを得た。
ポリエチレンテレフタレートフィルムの厚みを25μmの代わりに50μmとしたこと以外は実施例1と同様にして積層発泡シートを得た。
アゾジカルボンアミドを3.1重量部の代わりに5.5重量部とし、発泡性ポリエチレンシートの厚みを0.3mmの代わりに0.5mmとしたこと以外は実施例1と同様にして積層発泡シートを得た。なお、発泡シートの全気泡において、延伸方向(幅方向)の平均気泡径D1と、押出方向の平均気泡径D2との比(幅方向の平均気泡径/押出方向の平均気泡径)は1.5であった。発泡シートの気泡中における延伸気泡の割合は78%であった。
発泡性ポリエチレンシートの厚みを0.3mmの代わりに0.5mmとしたこと以外は実施例1と同様にして積層発泡シートを得た。
アゾジカルボンアミドを3.1重量部の代わりに2.3重量部としたこと以外は実施例1と同様にして積層発泡シートを得た。なお、発泡シートの全気泡において、延伸方向(幅方向)の平均気泡径D1と、押出方向の平均気泡径D2との比(幅方向の平均気泡径/押出方向の平均気泡径)は2.2であった。発泡シートの気泡中における延伸気泡の割合は91%であった。
発泡シートとして、厚みが0.45mmのポリウレタン系発泡シート(ロジャーイノアック社製 商品名「SRS−40P」)を用いたこと以外は実施例1と同様にして積層発泡シートを得た。なお、発泡シートの気泡は全て真球状であった。
積層発泡シートの25%圧縮強度をJIS K6767に準拠して測定した。
積層発泡シートを枠状に打ち抜いた際に打ち抜きかすが僅かでも付着した場合を「×」、打ち抜きかすが全く付着しなかった場合を「○」とした。
積層発泡シートの両面に両面粘着テープを貼付した後、積層発泡シートから外径が60mmで且つ内径が40mmのリング状にシール材の全厚みに亘って打ち抜いて試験片を得た。
Claims (7)
- 25%圧縮強度が30〜200kPaの発泡シートの一面に合成樹脂フィルムが積層一体化されてなり、上記発泡シートは、該発泡シートの厚み方向に直交する方向に延伸された気泡を有しており、上記発泡シートの気泡において、上記延伸方向の平均気泡径D1と、上記延伸方向に直交し且つ上記発泡シートの厚み方向に直交する方向の平均気泡径D2との比(D1/D2)が1.0〜10.0であることを特徴とする積層発泡シート。
- 合成樹脂フィルムが一軸延伸されており、この合成樹脂フィルムの延伸方向と、発泡シートの気泡の延伸方向とが直交していることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の積層発泡シート。
- 積層発泡シートの厚みが0.05〜1.5mmであることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の積層発泡シート。
- 発泡シートのJIS K7222に準拠した見掛け密度が0.07〜0.7g/cm3であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の積層発泡シート。
- 合成樹脂フィルムがポリエチレンテレフタレートフィルムであることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の積層発泡シート。
- 発泡シートの独立気泡率が70%以上であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の積層発泡シート。
- 発泡シートと合成樹脂フィルムとが粘着剤を介して積層一体化されていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の積層発泡シート。
