Claims (14)
- 酸化インジウムタングステン(IWO)を含む第1電極と、
前記第1電極上に形成される有機発光層と、
前記有機発光層上に形成される第2電極と、を備える有機発光素子。 - 前記第1電極は、第1層、前記第1層上に形成された第2層を備え、
前記第1層は、前記有機発光層で発生した光を反射できるように反射層として備えられ、前記第2層は、前記第1層と前記有機発光層との間に配置され、IWOを含む請求項1に記載の有機発光素子。 - 前記第1電極は、第1層、前記第1層上に形成された第2層、前記第2層上に形成された第3層を備え、
前記第1層は、IWOを含み、前記第2層は、前記第1層の前記有機発光層に向かう方向に形成され、前記有機発光層で発生した光を反射できるように反射層として備えられ、前記第3層は、前記第2層と前記有機発光層との間に配置されてIWOを含む請求項1に記載の有機発光素子。 - 前記第1電極は、アノード電極であり、前記第2電極は、カソード電極である請求項1ないし3のうちいずれか1項に記載の有機発光素子。
- 前記有機発光層で発生した光が前記第2電極方向に具現される請求項1ないし3のうちいずれか1項に記載の有機発光素子。
- 前記第1層は、Li、Ca、LiF/Al、Al、Mg及びAgからなる群から選択されたいずれか一つを含む請求項2に記載の有機発光素子。
- 前記第2層は、Li、Ca、LiF/Al、Al、Mg及びAgからなる群から選択されたいずれか一つを含む請求項3に記載の有機発光素子。
- 基板と、
前記基板上に形成された複数の薄膜トランジスタと、
前記薄膜トランジスタを覆って開口部を備える絶縁膜と、
前記絶縁膜上に形成されて、前記開口部を通じて前記薄膜トランジスタと電気的に連結される第1電極と、
前記第1電極上に形成される有機発光層と、
前記有機発光層上に形成される第2電極と、を備え、
前記第1電極は、IWOを含む有機発光表示装置。 - 前記第1電極は、第1層、第2層を備え、
前記第1層は、前記絶縁膜上に形成され、前記有機発光層で発生した光を反射できるように反射層として備えられ、前記第2層は、前記第1層と前記有機発光層との間に配置されてIWOを含む請求項8に記載の有機発光表示装置。 - 前記第1電極は、第1層、第2層、第3層を備え、
前記第1層は、前記絶縁膜上に形成され、IWOを含み、前記第2層は、前記第1層の前記有機発光層に向かう方向に形成され、前記有機発光層で発生した光を反射できるように反射層として備えられ、前記第3層は、前記第2層と前記有機発光層との間に配置されてIWOを含む請求項8に記載の有機発光表示装置。 - 前記第1電極は、アノード電極であり、前記第2電極は、カソード電極である請求項8ないし10のうちいずれか1項に記載の有機発光表示装置。
- 前記有機発光層で発生した光が前記第2電極方向に具現される請求項8ないし10のうちいずれか1項に記載の有機発光表示装置。
- 前記第1層は、Li、Ca、LiF/Al、Al、Mg及びAgからなる群から選択されたいずれか一つを含む請求項9に記載の有機発光表示装置。
- 前記第2層は、Li、Ca、LiF/Al、Al、Mg及びAgからなる群から選択されたいずれか一つを含む請求項10に記載の有機発光表示装置。
