Claims (11)
- 基板と、
前記基板に配置されて画像を具現する有機発光素子と、
前記有機発光素子上に形成される密封部材と、
前記密封部材の両面のうち、外部に向かう一面の上部に形成されて、外光の一部は透過させ、一部は反射する半透過膜と、
前記半透過膜上に前記半透過膜を覆うように形成されて前記半透過膜を保護する保護膜と、
前記有機発光素子と前記密封部材との間に形成されてコントラストを改善する透過型黒色層と、を備え、
前記半透過膜は、前記保護膜の屈折率より大きい屈折率値を持つ有機発光表示装置。 - 基板と、
前記基板に配置されて画像を具現する有機発光素子と、
前記有機発光素子上に形成される密封部材と、
前記密封部材の両面のうち、外部に向かう一面の上部に形成されて、外光の一部は透過させ、一部は反射する半透過膜と、
前記半透過膜上に前記半透過膜を覆うように形成されて前記半透過膜を保護する保護膜と、
前記有機発光素子の非発光領域に対応するように形成されるブラックマトリックス層と、
前記有機発光素子と前記密封部材との間に形成されてコントラストを改善する透過型黒色層と、を備え、
前記半透過膜は、前記保護膜の屈折率より大きい屈折率値を持つ有機発光表示装置。 - 基板と、
前記基板上に形成され、第1電極、第2電極及び前記第1電極と前記第2電極との間に有機発光層を備える有機発光素子と、
前記第1電極上に配置されて、前記第1電極が露出されるように開口部が形成された絶縁膜と、
前記有機発光素子を密封する密封部材と、
前記密封部材の両面のうち、外部に向かう一面の上部に形成されて、外光の一部は透過させ、一部は反射する半透過膜と、
前記半透過膜上に前記半透過膜を覆うように形成されて前記半透過膜を保護する保護膜と、
前記有機発光素子と前記密封部材との間に形成されてコントラストを改善する透過型黒色層と、を備え、
前記開口部に露出された第1電極上に前記有機発光層及び前記第2電極が順に形成され、
前記半透過膜は、前記保護膜の屈折率より大きい屈折率値を持ち、
前記絶縁層は黒度の高い色相を持つ有機発光表示装置。 - 基板と、
前記基板上に形成され、第1電極、第2電極及び前記第1電極と前記第2電極との間に有機発光層を備える有機発光素子と、
前記第1電極上に配置され、前記第1電極が露出されるように開口部が形成された絶縁膜と、
前記有機発光素子を密封する密封部材と、
前記密封部材の両面のうち、外部に向かう一面の上部に形成されて、外光の一部は透過させ、一部は反射する半透過膜と、
前記半透過膜上に前記半透過膜を覆うように形成されて、前記半透過膜を保護する保護膜と、
前記有機発光素子の非発光領域に対応するように形成されるブラックマトリックス層と、
前記有機発光素子と前記密封部材との間に形成されて、コントラストを改善する透過型黒色層と、を備え、
前記開口部で露出された第1電極上に前記有機発光層及び前記第2電極が順に形成され、
前記半透過膜は、前記保護膜の屈折率より大きい屈折率値を持ち、
前記絶縁層は、黒度の高い色相を持つ有機発光表示装置。 - 前記透過型黒色層は、黒鉛またはダイアモンドライクカーボンを含む請求項1ないし4のうちいずれか1項に記載の有機発光表示装置。
- 前記保護層は、熱硬化性樹脂で形成される請求項1ないし4のうちいずれか1項に記載の有機発光表示装置。
- 前記保護層は、ウレタンアクリレートまたはエポキシ樹脂を含む請求項6に記載の有機発光表示装置。
- 前記半透過膜は、40ないし80パーセントの透光率値を持つ請求項1ないし4のうちいずれか1項に記載の有機発光表示装置。
- 前記半透過膜は、屈折率が1.5ないし5値を持つ請求項1ないし4のうちいずれか1項に記載の有機発光表示装置。
- 前記半透過膜は、金属コロイドで形成される請求項1ないし4のうちいずれか1項に記載の有機発光表示装置。
- 前記半透過膜は、銀、金またはチタンを含む請求項1ないし4のうちいずれか1項に記載の有機発光表示装置。
