Abstract
【解決手段】 熱可塑性樹脂シート基材上に、少なくとも絵柄インキ層と透明熱可塑性樹脂層と表面保護層がこの順に積層されてなる化粧シートにおいて、該熱可塑性樹脂シート基材が少なくともポリ乳酸系樹脂とポリオレフィン系樹脂から構成され、ポリ乳酸系樹脂が分散相、ポリオレフィン系樹脂が連続相となる相構造であることを特徴とする化粧シートを提供する。また、前記ポリ乳酸系樹脂の温度190℃におけるせん断粘度η1と、前記ポリオレフィン系樹脂の温度190℃におけるせん断粘度η2との関係が、せん断ひずみ速度10〜1000秒−1の範囲で、100>η1/η2>1の関係を満たす化粧シートを提供する。

Description
図1は本発明の化粧シートの積層構造の一例を示す模式断面図である。図1に示す例では、本発明の化粧シートは、熱可塑性樹脂シート基材1はポリ乳酸系樹脂とポリオレフィン系樹脂からなり、ポリ乳酸系樹脂が分散相、ポリオレフィン系樹脂が連続相の海島構造を有している。熱可塑性樹脂シート基材上に絵柄インキ層2、透明熱可塑性樹脂層5および表面保護層6が順次積層されて構成されるものである。
測定装置:Rosand社製ツインキャピラリーレオメータ「RH−7D」
ロングダイ:φ1mm、キャピラリー長16mm
オリフィスダイ:φ1mm、キャピラリー長0.25mm
ツインキャピラリーレオメータは一対のバレルとピストンを有し、一方のバレルには一般的なキャピラリーダイ(ロングダイ)が取り付けられ、他方にはキャピラリー長がほぼゼロとみなせるオリフィスダイが取り付けられる。それぞれのバレルおよびキャピラリーに測定用樹脂を投入し、所定の温度にて溶融させた樹脂を制御されたピストンスピードでキャピラリーダイから押出し、その際の圧力を測定する。
ピストンスピードによりせん断ひずみ速度が計算され、測定圧力からせん断応力が計算できるため、ピストンスピードを変化させた測定により、各せん断ひずみ速度に対する、せん断応力およびせん断粘度を求めることができる。
また、オリフィスダイのキャピラリー長をゼロと仮定し、オリフィスダイでの圧力損失P0を測定することで、以下の式により伸長粘度および伸長ひずみ速度を計算することができる。
得られた基材シート1の表面にコロナ処理を施した後、グラビア印刷法により絵柄用インキ(東洋インキ製造(株)製;ラミスター)を使用して木目模様を施し、絵柄印刷層2とした。さらに木目模様の模様層2上に2液硬化型のウレタン系アンカーコート剤[主剤として東洋インキ製造(株)製;EL510(ポリエステルポリオール)を50重量%、三井武田ケミカル(株)製;A520(ウレタン変成ポリエステルポリオール)を50重量%の混合物を使用。また、イソシアネートとして4,4−ジフェニルメタンジイソシアネートを5重量%、イソホロンジイソシアネートを50重量%、ヘキサメチレンジイソシアネートを45重量%の混合物を使用し、前記主剤とイソシアネートを5:1の割合で混合し2液硬化型ウレタン系アンカーコート剤とした。]をグラビア印刷法により塗工してアンカーコート層3を形成した。
熱可塑性樹脂シート基材として、二軸延伸ポリ乳酸フィルム(三菱化学製;エコロージュ)を用い、その他の材料および製造方法は実施例1同じ化粧シートを作成した。
熱可塑性樹脂シート基材として、ポリ乳酸樹脂(ユニチカ製;TE4000)、ポリプロピレン樹脂(プライムポリマー製;E−200GV)、マイレイン変性ポリプロピレン樹脂(三洋化成製;ユーメックス1001)を重量比50:47:3で配合した熱可塑性樹脂材料に対し、フェノール系酸化防止剤を0.2重量%、ヒンダードアミン系光安定剤を0.3重量%、ブロッキング防止剤を0.2重量%添加し、二軸押出機を用いて成形温度190℃、スクリュー回転数200rpmで溶融混練した。押出機先端にとりつけたTダイからシートを押出、900mm幅、厚さ60μmの基材シートを製膜し、その他の材料および製造方法は実施例1同じ化粧シートを作成した。得られた熱可塑性樹脂シート基材のせん断ひずみ速度100秒−1におけるせん断粘度比は0.61、伸長ひずみ速度10秒−1における伸長粘度比は0.75であった。
ミクロトームを用いて超薄切片を切り出しTEM観察で基材シート断面における、連続相および分散相の様子を観察した。本発明の特徴である、ポリ乳酸系樹脂が分散相、ポリオレフィン系樹脂が連続相となる相構成が確認できた場合を○、ポリ乳酸系樹脂が連続相、ポリオレフィン系樹脂が分散相の場合を×で示す。
得られた化粧シートに関して、耐候性評価をするために耐候促進試験(メタルハライドランプ方式試験機 JTM G 01 2000日本試験機工業会規格)を行った。試験機は、ダイプラ・メタルウェザー(KU−R5CI−A:ダイプラ・ウィンテス株式会社製)を用いた。

以上の24.01時間を1サイクルとして、216時間試験した。なお、シャワーはDewの前後に30秒おこなった。試験後の化粧シートの外観、ラミネート強度を測定し評価した。

Claims (7)
- 熱可塑性樹脂シート基材上に、少なくとも絵柄インキ層と透明熱可塑性樹脂層と表面保護層がこの順に積層されてなる化粧シートにおいて、該熱可塑性樹脂シート基材が少なくともポリ乳酸系樹脂とポリオレフィン系樹脂から構成され、ポリ乳酸系樹脂が分散相、ポリオレフィン系樹脂が連続相となる相構造であることを特徴とする化粧シート。
- 前記ポリ乳酸系樹脂の温度190℃におけるせん断粘度η1と、前記ポリオレフィン系樹脂の温度190℃におけるせん断粘度η2との関係が、せん断ひずみ速度10〜1000秒−1の範囲で、100>η1/η2>1の関係を満たすことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の化粧シート。
- 前記ポリ乳酸系樹脂の温度190℃における伸長粘度η3と前記ポリオレフィン系樹脂の温度190℃における伸長粘度η4との関係が、伸長ひずみ速度1〜100秒−1の範囲で、100>η3/η4>1の関係を満たすことを特徴とする請求項1または2のいずれかに記載の化粧シート。
- 前記ポリオレフィン系樹脂がポリプロピレン樹脂を含むことを特徴とする請求項1から3のいずれかに記載の化粧シート。
- 前記透明熱可塑性樹脂層が、前記熱可塑性樹脂シート基材を構成するポリオレフィン系樹脂と同系統のポリオレフィン系樹脂を含むことを特徴とする請求項1から4のいずれかに記載の化粧シート。
- 前記表面保護層が紫外線吸収剤および光安定剤を含有することを特徴とする請求項1から5に記載の化粧シート。
- 少なくとも請求項1から6のいずれか1項に記載の化粧シートを木質基材に貼合されてなることを特徴とする化粧材。
