Abstract
【解決手段】 内輪2bに固定され、周方向で磁気特性が交互に変化する磁気エンコーダー部9と、該磁気エンコーダー部9の回転による磁気変化を検出するABSセンサー10と、内輪2bと外輪2aとの間を密封する密封装置部8と、を備えるセンサー付き転がり軸受装置であって、密封装置部8は外輪2aの外周又は内周に嵌装されるアウターケース8aと、内輪2bの外周に嵌装されるインナーケース8bを有し、アウターケース8aにはシール部材8cが一体化され、該シール部材8cは、インナーケース8bと協働してシール機能が発揮され、磁気エンコーダー部9は筒状に形成され、該磁気エンコーダー部9はインナーケース8bの一部に固定され、ABSセンサー10は磁気エンコーダー部9と径方向で対向配置されるようにアウターケース8aに固定されることを特徴とする。

- 車両インナー側の車両固定部材に接続される外輪と、車輪に接続される内輪と、前記内輪と前記外輪との間に介在される転動体と、前記内輪に固定され、周方向で磁気特性が交互に変化する磁気エンコーダー部と、該磁気エンコーダー部の回転による磁気変化を検出するABSセンサーと、前記内輪と前記外輪との間を密封する密封装置部と、を備えるセンサー付き転がり軸受装置であって、
前記密封装置部は前記外輪の外周又は内周に嵌装されるアウターケースと、前記内輪の外周に嵌装されるインナーケースを有し、
前記アウターケースにはシール部材が一体化され、該シール部材は、前記インナーケースと協働してシール機能が発揮され、
前記磁気エンコーダ部は筒状に形成され、該磁気エンコーダ部は前記車両インナー側に延びる前記インナーケースの一部に固定され、
前記ABSセンサーは前記磁気エンコーダー部と径方向で対向配置されるように前記アウターケースに固定されることを特徴とするセンサー付き転がり軸受装置。 - 前記アウターケースに固定される前記ABSセンサーは、締結部材で固定されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のセンサー付き転がり軸受装置。
- 前記アウターケースに固定される前記ABSセンサーは、前記アウターケースとモールド成形によって一体化されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のセンサー付き転がり軸受装置。
