Abstract
【解決手段】真空容器3内に収納した2つの固定接点4と、これらの固定接点4にそれぞれ接離する2つの可動接点5からなる開閉器1備えた真空スイッチギヤにおいて、前記各可動接点5に連結した操作ロッド7における前記真空容器3の導出部に、一方の操作ロッド7と他方の操作ロッド7と外周面と電気的に摺接する集電子14を有する接続導体15を固定したものである。

Description
図1は、本発明の真空スイッチギヤの一実施の形態を示す縦断正面図である。この図1において、真空スイッチギヤを構成する開閉器1は、この例では真空2点切り3位置型の構成となっている。開閉器1は、絶縁筒2を備える真空容器3と、真空容器3内にそれぞれ収納された2つの固定接点4と、各固定接点4に接離する可動接点5とを備えており、2点切りを構成している。
開閉器1における可動接点5は、操作器13の操作により、通電するための閉位置Y1、電流を遮断するための開位置Y2、および雷などのサージ電圧に対して点検作業者の安全を確保するための断路位置Y3の3位置に切換えられる。

Claims (7)
- 真空容器内に収納した2つの固定接点と、これらの固定接点にそれぞれ接離する2つの可動接点からなる開閉器を備えた真空スイッチギヤにおいて、
前記各可動接点に連結した操作ロッドにおける前記真空容器の導出部に、一方の操作ロッドと他方の操作ロッドと外周面と電気的に摺接する集電子を有する接続導体を固定したことを特徴とする真空スイッチギヤ。 - 請求項1に記載の真空スイッチギヤにおいて、
前記接続導体は、ロー付けにより、前記真空容器の導出部に固定したことを特徴とする真空スイッチギヤ。 - 請求項1に記載の真空スイッチギヤにおいて、
前記接続導体は、ねじ等の固定手段によって前記操作ロッド導出部における真空容器間のモールド部に固定したことを特徴とする真空スイッチギヤ。 - 請求項1乃至3のいずれかに記載の真空スイッチギヤにおいて、
前記一方の操作ロッドと他方の操作ロッドは、導電性の連結体、絶縁体を介して操作器に連結したことを特徴とする真空スイッチギヤ。 - 請求項1乃至3のいずれかに記載の真空スイッチギヤにおいて、
前記一方の操作ロッドと他方の操作ロッドは、非導電性の連結体を介して操作器に連結したことを特徴とする真空スイッチギヤ。 - 請求項1乃至5のいずれかに記載の真空スイッチギヤにおいて、
前記一方の固定接点と可動接点、及び他方の固定接点と可動接点を、絶縁筒を備える共通の真空容器内に収納したことを特徴とする真空スイッチギヤ。 - 請求項1乃至5のいずれかに記載の真空スイッチギヤにおいて、
前記一方の固定接点と可動接点、及び他方の固定接点と可動接点を、それぞれ絶縁筒を備える真空容器内に収納したことを特徴とする真空スイッチギヤ。
