【解決手段】外周面に径の異なるヘリカル歯車を備える二段ヘリカル歯車において、上段の大径ヘリカル歯車と下段の小径ヘリカル歯車とは同軸であるとともに、前記大径ヘリカル歯車と前記小径ヘリカル歯車の夫々のリード量が同じであり、かつ、前記大径ヘリカル歯車及び前記小径ヘリカル歯車は、冷間鍛造により一体化成形されたことを特徴とする二段ヘリカル歯車である。

- 外周面に径の異なるヘリカル歯車を備える二段ヘリカル歯車において、
上段の大径ヘリカル歯車と下段の小径ヘリカル歯車とは同軸であるとともに、
前記大径ヘリカル歯車と前記小径ヘリカル歯車の夫々のリード量が同じであり、
かつ、前記大径ヘリカル歯車及び前記小径ヘリカル歯車は、冷間鍛造により一体化成形されたことを特徴とする二段ヘリカル歯車。
