Abstract
【解決手段】撹拌用モ―タ10と加圧用モ―タ7とを備え、撹拌用モ―タと、先端にピン1を有し軸受11で支持され中心にねじ軸9が収納可能な孔12を設けた撹拌軸13と、該撹拌軸と撹拌用モ―タ間の動力伝達機構14とを撹拌ユニットとし、該撹拌ユニットの下部直下にLMガイドの軸受19を固定し、撹拌ユニットの背面にナット16を固定し、LMガイドのレ―ル21を固定し内部で撹拌ユニットを移動させる接合装置本体6の後部上方を開放し、接合装置本体の後端部に加圧用モ―タを固定し、該加圧用モ―タに連結されたねじ軸を撹拌ユニットの背面のナットに螺合させて撹拌ユニットを前後進させるようにした摩擦撹拌スポット接合装置。

Claims (2)
- ピンの回転による摩擦熱で被接合物を軟化,撹拌してスポット接合する装置であって、撹拌用モ―タと加圧用モ―タとを備え、前記撹拌用モ―タと、先端に前記ピンを有し軸受で支持され中心に後方からねじ軸が収納可能な孔を設けた撹拌軸と、該撹拌軸と撹拌用モ―タ間の動力伝達機構と、を撹拌ユニットとし、該撹拌ユニットの下部直下にLMガイドの軸受を固定し、撹拌ユニットの背面にボ―ルナットを固定し、LMガイドのレ―ルを固定し内部で前記撹拌ユニットを移動させる接合装置本体の後部上方を開放し、接合装置本体の後端部に加圧用モ―タを固定し、該加圧用モ―タに連結されたねじ軸を撹拌ユニットの背面の前記ボ―ルナットに螺合させて撹拌ユニットを前後進させるようにしたことを特徴とする摩擦撹拌スポット接合装置。
- 前記動力伝達機構が歯付プ―リと歯付ベルトからなり、歯付プ―リの直下に左右分割型のLMガイドを配置したことを特徴とする請求項1記載の摩擦撹拌スポット接合装置。
