Abstract
【解決手段】インバータ14により駆動される複数の電動機13の温度情報を検知する温度検知手段15と、この温度検知手段15からの温度情報をもとに電動機13から出力されるトルクがトルク指令に一致するようにインバータ14を制御する制御装置16とを備え、制御装置16は、電動機13の温度が予め設定された許容値を超過したとき、または超過すると判断したときは、当該電動機13の温度を許容値内に抑制するトルク指令に変更する。

Description
ただし、Pは永久磁石同期電動機の極数、Idはd軸電流、Iqはq軸電流、Ldはd軸インダクタンス、Lqはq軸インダクタンスである。
ここで、固定子コイルと鎖交する磁石磁束Φは、磁束密度B[Wb/m2]、鎖交面積をS[m2]とすると次式で表される。
一方、図5に示すとおり、磁石温度が低い特性曲線S1、磁石温度が高い特性曲線S2のように、永久磁石のB−H特性は温度により異なる。同種の材料の場合、一般に、磁石温度が低いほど磁束が多く、よって同じ回転数で比較した場合、温度が低いほど誘起電圧は高くなる。また、(1)式からわかるとおり、固定子電流が同じ場合には、磁石温度が低いほど大きなトルクを得ることができる。この理論を用いると、磁石温度と誘起電圧とには相関があることがわかる。よって、制御装置16が、磁石温度に対応する誘起電圧値のデータを予め有することで、温度検出器を用いることなく、誘起電圧から磁石温度を推定することができる。
Claims (6)
- インバータにより駆動される複数の電動機の温度情報を検知する温度検知手段と、前記温度検知手段からの温度情報をもとに前記電動機から出力されるトルクがトルク指令に一致するように前記インバータを制御する制御装置とを備え、前記制御装置は、前記電動機の温度が予め設定された許容値を超過したとき、または超過すると判断したときは、当該電動機の温度を許容値内に抑制するトルク指令に変更することを特徴とする電気車制御装置。
- 2台のインバータを設け、複数の電動機を2台のインバータに割り振って接続したことを特徴とする請求項1記載の電気車制御装置。
- 前記制御装置は、温度上昇が発生した電動機があるときは同一電気車内のいずれかの電動機により不足トルクを補うことを特徴とする請求項1または2記載の電気車制御装置。
- 複数の電気車が連結されているとき、前記制御装置は、温度上昇が発生した電動機があるときは、当該電動機における出力トルクの不足分を自己の電気車または他の電気車に搭載された電動機が出力するトルクで補うことを特徴とする請求項1ないし3のいずれか1項に記載の電気車制御装置。
- 前記電動機が永久磁石同期電動機である場合、前記温度検知手段は、前記永久磁石同期電動機が発生する誘起電圧を使用して前記永久磁石同期電動機の温度を推定することを特徴とする請求項1ないし3のいずれか1項に電気車制御装置。
- 前記制御装置は、前記電気車のブレーキ動作中に前記電動機の温度が予め設定された規定値を超過した場合、当該電動機のトルク指令の変更により不足するブレーキ力を当該電動機以外が発生するブレーキ力で補完することを特徴とする請求項1ないし5のいずれか1項に記載の電気車制御装置。
