Abstract
모터 회전자 코어의 각 코어 홈에 권선되며, 권선 방향은 서로 이웃하는 코어 홈에 대하여 반대의 방향으로 권선되는 감자 코일을 더 구성하며, 각 코어에 대응하는 중심방향 내측에 구성되는 영구자석과 서로 상반되는 자속이 형성되도록 권선하고, 모터의 구동이 정출력 영역에서 제어되는 상태에서 토크 및 속도의 관계가 정출력 영역의 확장이 요구되는 설정 영역에 진입된 상태이면 감자 코일에 전원을 공급하여 회전자의 자속을 감소시키는 제어를 통해 고속 운전성을 확보한다.

- 환경차량용 모터의 구동이 정출력 영역에서 제어되는 상태에서 토크 및 속도를 검출하는 과정과;
상기 토크 및 속도의 관계가 정출력 영역의 확장이 요구되는 설정 영역에 진입되었는지를 판단하는 과정;
모터의 토크 및 속도가 정출력 영역의 확장이 요구되는 설정 영역에 진입된 상태이면 감자 코일에 전원을 공급하는 과정;
감자코일은 회전자에 구성되는 영구자석의 자속 방향과 서로 반대 방향을 갖는 자속을 발생시켜 자속의 상쇄를 통해 회전자 자속을 감소시키는 과정;
을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 환경차량용 모터의 제어방법. - 제4항에 있어서,
상기 회전자 자속의 감소 제어에 의해 약계자 제어가 수반되어, 고속 운전성을 제공하는 것을 특징으로 하는 환경차량용 모터의 제어방법.
