Abstract
【解決手段】照明領域で部位からの蛍光を用いて裸眼によって分析を行うシステムは、周期的に励起される残光性が低い第1白色照明光源と、第1光源がオフである時間周期の少なくとも一部の間作動し、前記部位に位置する蛍光要素を励起するための第2光源と、第1光源がオフであり、第2光源がオンである時間周期の間作動する蛍光分析装置とを備える。

Claims (8)
- 照明領域で部位からの蛍光を用いて裸眼によって分析を行うシステムにおいて、
24Hzより高い周波数で周期的に励起される発光ダイオードの組立体から形成されており、残光性が低い第1白色照明光源(12)と、
該第1光源がオフである時間周期の少なくとも一部の間作動し、前記部位に位置する蛍光要素を励起するための第2光源(16)と、
前記第1光源がオフであり、前記第2光源がオンである時間周期の間作動する蛍光分析装置(7)とを備えることを特徴とするシステム。 - 前記周期的な励起の周波数が約100Hzであることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のシステム。
- 前記第1光源がオン状態であるデューティサイクルが短いことを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載のシステム。
- 前記第2光源は、前記蛍光要素の発光スペクトルをカバーしないスペクトル領域の光を供給することを特徴とする請求項1に記載のシステム。
- 前記分析装置は電子カメラであることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のシステム。
- 前記電子カメラはインターライン転送方式の画素アレイを含むことを特徴とする請求項5に記載のシステム。
- 前記電子カメラの画像が、前記第1照明光源(12)の光によって前記部位を観察する別の電子カメラによって得られる画像と重ねられることを特徴とする請求項5に記載のシステム。
- 前記第2光源のスペクトルを略補完するスペクトルを有し、略同一の部位を照明し、前記第2光源を補完して作動する第3光源を更に備えることを特徴とする請求項1乃至7のいずれかに記載のシステム。
