Abstract
【解決手段】本発明は、軸(5)と、翼板(11、12)と、軸に対して同軸の円筒面(33)を含むラジアル滑り軸受(7、8)と、および駆動装置(14、15)とを備えた回転翼形油回転真空ポンプ(1)に関するものである。回転速度が低下された運転が可能なように軸受の流体力学的特性を変化させるために、前記円筒面が、軸中心線に対する間隔が増大された外面(41、41′、41′′)をもつ少なくとも1つの凹部(30、30′、30′′)を有することが提案される。

Description
滑り軸受内における流体力学的特性は、滑り軸受面の速度したがって軸の回転速度の関数である。ラジアル滑り軸受の円筒面内に軸中心線に対する間隔が増大された外面をもつ少なくとも1つの凹部により、軸の回転速度が低いときにおいても潤滑膜が形成される。したがって、請求項1に記載の回転翼形油回転真空ポンプは、低い回転速度において、特に正常回転速度よりも低いアイドル回転速度においても運転可能である。回転翼形油回転真空ポンプ内において行われる圧縮作業に対して、動力は駆動装置により供給されなければならない。したがって、アイドル回転速度による運転においては、全排気速度が必要とされず且つ僅かな圧縮作業が行われるにすぎないこのような期間において電力消費は低下する。全排気速度は正常回転速度において達成される。

Claims (8)
- 軸(5)と、翼板(11、12)と、軸に対して同軸の円筒面(33)を含むラジアル滑り軸受(7、8)と、および駆動装置(14、15)とを備えた回転翼形油回転真空ポンプ(1)において、
前記円筒面が、軸中心線に対する間隔が増大された外面(41、41′、41′′)をもつ少なくとも1つの凹部(30、30′、30′′)を有することを特徴とする回転翼形油回転真空ポンプ(1)。 - 前記円筒面(33)が、そのアキシアル方向端部に、アキシアル方向および周方向において軸中心線に対して一定の間隔をもつセクション(31、32)を有することを特徴とする請求項1の回転翼形油回転真空ポンプ(1)。
- 前記円筒面(33)が、周方向に等角間隔に配置された3つの凹部(30、30′、30′′)を有することを特徴とする請求項1または2の回転翼形油回転真空ポンプ(1)。
- 前記凹部(30、30′、30′′)が、真空ポンプにより発生される力の方向(25)内に位置するように、軸(5)の潤滑剤ポンプ(13)に対向する側に配置されていることを特徴とする請求項1ないし3のいずれかの回転翼形油回転真空ポンプ(1)。
- 前記凹部(30、30′、30′′)の外面(41、41′、41′′)が、軸中心線に対して、周方向に増大する間隔を有することを特徴とする請求項1ないし4のいずれかの回転翼形油回転真空ポンプ(1)。
- 前記凹部(30、30′、30′′)がポケット(40、40′、40′′)を有することを特徴とする請求項1ないし5のいずれかの回転翼形油回転真空ポンプ(1)。
- 前記軸(5)が1つの部品で形成され且つ前記駆動装置(14、15)が軸を直接駆動することを特徴とする請求項1ないし6のいずれかの回転翼形油回転真空ポンプ(1)。
- 回転翼形油回転真空ポンプがアキシアル軸受(6)を有し、前記アキシアル軸受はアキシアル凹部(51)を設けた軸受面(50)を含むことを特徴とする請求項1ないし7のいずれかの回転翼形油回転真空ポンプ(1)。
