Abstract
【解決手段】支持台10上に砥石台23をガイド部材21に沿って摺動可能に支持し、砥石台を摺動させる砥石台送り機構28を備え、砥石台に砥石車34を取付けた砥石軸32をベアリング33を介して回転可能に軸承し、ベアリングをオイルエアまたはオイルミストによって潤滑するようにし、支持台と砥石台との間に、砥石台送り機構およびガイド部材を収容した第1空間部44を設け、ベアリングを潤滑したオイルエアまたはオイルミストを第1空間部に放出する放出路45を設けた。

Claims (6)
- 支持台上に砥石台をガイド部材に沿って摺動可能に支持し、該砥石台を摺動させる砥石台送り機構を備え、前記砥石台に砥石車を取付けた砥石軸をベアリングを介して回転可能に軸承し、該ベアリングをオイルエアまたはオイルミストによって潤滑するようにした砥石軸装置において、
前記支持台と前記砥石台との間に、前記砥石台送り機構および前記ガイド部材を収容した第1空間部を設け、前記ベアリングを潤滑したオイルエアまたはオイルミストを前記第1空間部に放出する放出路を設けたことを特徴とする砥石軸装置。 - 請求項1において、前記第1空間部を覆うカバーを設けるとともに、前記第1空間部は、外部と密閉された密閉空間部で構成されていることを特徴とする砥石軸装置。
- 請求項1または請求項2において、前記支持台は、第1支持台と、該第1支持台上に摺動可能に支持された第2支持台からなり、該第2支持台上に前記砥石台を前記第2支持台の摺動方向と交差する方向に摺動可能に支持し、前記第1空間部に放出されたオイルエアまたはオイルミストを、前記第1支持台と第2支持台との間に形成された第2空間部に放出するように構成したことを特徴とする砥石軸装置。
- 第1支持台上に第2支持台をガイド部材に沿って摺動可能に支持し、該第2支持台を摺動させる第2支持台送り機構を備え、前記第2支持台上に砥石台をガイド部材に沿って前記第2支持台の摺動方向と交差する方向に摺動可能に支持し、該砥石台を摺動させる砥石台送り機構を備え、前記砥石台に砥石車を取付けた砥石軸をベアリングを介して回転可能に軸承し、該ベアリングをオイルエアまたはオイルミストによって潤滑するようにした砥石軸装置において、
前記第1支持台と前記第2支持台との間に、前記第2支持台送り機構および前記ガイド部材を収容した第2空間部を設け、前記ベアリングを潤滑したオイルエアまたはオイルミストを、前記第2空間部に放出する放出路を設けたことを特徴とする砥石軸装置。 - 請求項4において、前記第2支持台と前記砥石台との間に、前記砥石台送り機構および前記ガイド部材を収容した第1空間部を設け、前記ベアリングを潤滑したオイルエアまたはオイルミストを、前記第1空間部および前記第2空間部に第1放出路および第2放出路を介して並列に放出するようにしたことを特徴とする砥石軸装置。
- 請求項4において、前記第2支持台と前記砥石台との間に、前記砥石台送り機構および前記ガイド部材を収容した第1空間部を設け、前記ベアリングを潤滑したオイルエアまたはオイルミストを、前記第2空間部を経由して前記第1空間部に放出するようにしたことを特徴とする砥石軸装置。
