Abstract
【解決手段】エネルギーマネジメントシステムは、各住戸に設置される宅内設備Aと宅外の携帯端末PTとをインターネットNTを介してセンタ装置SVに接続して構成される。センタ装置SVは、電力監視に関する各種の設定を行うためのウェブページを有しており、例えば携帯端末PTからインターネットNTを介してセンタ装置SVにアクセスすると、携帯端末PTの表示画面に当該ウェブページが表示され、このウェブページから上記各種の設定を行うことができる。また、上記各種の設定が完了すると、携帯端末PTには設定ファイルが作成され、この設定ファイルを宅内設備Aを構成するエネルギーマネジメントユニット3に転送すると、エネルギーマネジメントユニット3では、この設定内容に基づいて各電気機器の制御並びに監視が行われる。

Claims (4)
- 各住戸に設けられた宅内設備と端末装置とがネットワークを介してサーバに接続され、前記宅内設備は、主幹ブレーカの二次側から分岐した分岐電路にそれぞれ設けられた複数の分岐ブレーカに流れる電流を、分岐ブレーカ毎に計測する電流計測部を具備した電流計測ユニットと、前記電流計測部の計測結果に基づいて分岐ブレーカ毎の使用電力量を演算する使用電力量演算部、および、当該使用電力量演算部の演算結果に基づいて分岐ブレーカ毎の電気使用量を含む各種の電気使用量の情報を生成する制御部を具備したエネルギーマネジメントユニットと、当該エネルギーマネジメントユニットとの間で情報を授受し、操作入力に応じて各種の電気使用量の情報を表示する表示装置と、ネットワークを介して前記サーバに接続するためのネットワーク接続部とを備え、前記サーバは、電力監視に関わる各種の設定をするためのウェブページを有し、前記端末装置は、ネットワークを介して前記サーバから当該ウェブページを取得し、取得したウェブページにおいて前記各種の設定を行うことを特徴とするエネルギーマネジメントシステム。
- 前記端末装置は、前記ウェブページで設定した設定情報を、対応する住戸の前記エネルギーマネジメントユニットに出力することを特徴とする請求項1記載のエネルギーマネジメントシステム。
- 前記ウェブページで設定した設定情報を記録した記録媒体を接続するためのインターフェースを、前記エネルギーマネジメントユニットに設けたことを特徴とする請求項1記載のエネルギーマネジメントユニット。
- 前記端末装置は、前記ウェブページで設定した設定情報をネットワークを介して前記サーバに送信し、前記サーバは、受信した前記設定情報をネットワークを介して対応する住戸の前記エネルギーマネジメントユニットに送信し、当該エネルギーマネジメントユニットに前記設定情報を設定することを特徴とする請求項1記載のエネルギーマネジメントシステム。
