Claims (8)
- 半径方向のシャフト外側面(14)および自由端部領域(15)を有するシャフト(12)を備えるねじ(11)であって、
前記シャフト(12)に、少なくとも部分的に、周方向に沿って設けたねじ山(21)を設け、このねじ山(21)は、外側輪郭(23)、2個のねじ側面(24)、および前記シャフト(12)の前記自由端部領域(15)におけるねじ山始端(22)を有し、
前記ねじ山(21)には、前記ねじ山始端(22)側の第1境界壁(32)、および前記ねじ山始端(22)側とは反対側の第2境界壁(33)を有して、半径方向外方に開口する切欠き部(31)を設け、
この切欠き部(31)には、前記ねじ山(21)よりも高い硬度を有する材料で形成した切り刃体(26)を設け、
この切り刃体(26)は、長手方向軸線(27)、およびこの長手方向軸線(27)から離れてこの長手方向軸線を包囲する周面(28)を有するものとした、該ねじにおいて、
各切欠き部(31)に、ほぼ前記ねじ山(21)の延在方向に整列する表層ラインを有する支持部(34)を設け、この支持部(34)により、前記切り刃体(26)の前記周面を部分的に収容したことを特徴とするねじ。 - 請求項1に記載のねじにおいて、前記支持部(34)は、前記ねじ山(21)の延在方向に沿って整列する前記表層ラインを有する槽状形状にしたねじ。
- 請求項1または2に記載のねじにおいて、前記切り刃体(26)を前記切欠き部(31)の境界壁(33,34)の一方に当接配置したねじ。
- 請求項1〜3のうちいずれか一項に記載のねじにおいて、前記支持部(34)と前記切欠き部(31)の前記境界壁(33,34)の一方に隙間(35)を設けたねじ。
- 請求項1〜4のうちいずれか一項に記載のねじにおいて、前記切欠き部(31)の境界壁(33)の一方から前記ねじ山(21)の前記外側輪郭(23)に移行する途中に面取り部(36)を設けたねじ。
- 請求項1〜5のうちいずれか一項に記載のねじにおいて、前記支持部(34)に、前記シャフト(12)の前記自由端部領域(15)側の、側方留め端縁(37)を設け、この留め端縁(37)を、前記シャフト外側面(14)から突出させたねじ。
- 請求項1〜6のうちいずれか一項に記載のねじにおいて、前記支持部(34)に、前記シャフト(12)の前記自由端部領域(15)側とは反対側の側方留め端縁(38)を設け、この側方留め端縁(38)を、前記シャフト外側面(14)から突出させたねじ。
- 請求項7に記載のねじにおいて、前記シャフト(12)の前記自由端部領域(15)側の、前記側方留め端縁(37)の、前記シャフト外側面(14)からの高さ(C)を、前記シャフト(12)の前記自由端部領域(15)側とは反対側の、前記側方留め端縁(38)の対応する高さ(D)よりも大きくしたねじ。
