Abstract
【解決手段】少なくとも部分的にねじ山15を設けたシャフト11の両側端部に、尖端部13およびヘッド14を設け、尖端部13からヘッド14の方向に順次、尖鋭円錐状部分21と、円柱状部分25とを設けたタッピンねじ10において、尖端部13の直径Dt を0.25〜0.35mmとし、尖端部13に隣接させた尖鋭円錐状部分21の、ねじ谷底22に基づく円錐頂角αを20°〜30°とし、ヘッド14とは反対側のねじ山15の開始点23を、尖端部13に対して0〜0.3mmの距離Lt に配置する。好適には、ねじ山15を円柱状部分25から尖鋭円錐状部分21まで延在させ、ねじ山のねじ山高さHを尖鋭円錐状部分21において尖端部13に移行するに従って減少させる。

関数:H=((tan(α/2)+FB )・X+0,2mm)−RK
によって定義し、FB を0.04〜0.25の値を有する定数とし、RK を尖端部から距離Xの位置における、ねじコアの半径とする。これにより、好適なねじのねじ込み動作が可能になる。

ただし、FBを0.04〜0.25の値を有する定数とし、RK を尖端部13から距離Xの位置における、ねじコアの半径(軸線Aからねじ基底22までの半径)とする。

Claims (4)
- 削りくずを生ずることなくねじ山を形成するタッピンねじ(10)であって、少なくとも部分的にねじ山(15)を設けたシャフト(11)を有し、シャフト(11)の一方の端部に尖端部(13)を、他方の端部にヘッド(14)を設け、少なくとも1個の尖鋭円錐状部分(21)を尖端部(13)からヘッド(14)の方向に延在させ、円柱状部分(25)を尖鋭円錐状部分(21)とヘッド(14)との間に設けたタッピンねじ(10)において、
尖端部(13)の直径(Dt) を0.25〜0.35mmとし、尖端部(13)に隣接させた尖鋭円錐状部分(21)の、ねじ基底(22)に基づく円錐頂角(α)を20°〜30°とし、ヘッド(14)側とは反対側のねじ山(15)の開始点(23)は、尖端部(13)に対して0〜0.3mmの間隔(Lt) をとるように配置したことを特徴とするタッピンねじ。 - 請求項1記載のタッピンねじにおいて、ねじ山(15)を円柱状部分(25)から尖鋭円錐状部分(21)まで延在させ、ねじ山のねじ山高さ(H)を尖鋭円錐状部分(21)において尖端部(13)に移行するに従って減少させたタッピンねじ。
- 請求項1または2記載のタッピンねじにおいて、ねじ山高さ(H)を尖鋭円錐状部分(21)の領域において
H=((tan(α/2)+FB )・X+0,2mm)−RK
によって定義し、(FB) を0.04〜0.25の値を有する定数とし、(RK) を尖端部(13)から距離(X)の位置における、ねじコアの半径としたタッピンねじ。 - 請求項1記載のタッピンねじにおいて、シャフト(11)の円柱状部分(25)における直径(DS) を3.0〜6.3mmとしたタッピンねじ。
