Abstract
一種無屑形成螺紋的螺釘(10)具有一承載螺紋的螺釘體(11),在其相對端處分別設有一尖端(13)及一頭(4)且具有0.25~0.35公厘的直徑,該螺釘體(11)至少有一尖圓錐形部分(21)其自尖端(13)在頭(14)的方向中延伸且具有相對於螺紋基底(22)的一20°與30°之間的尖端角度(α),及一圓筒形部分(25)係在尖圓錐形部分(21)與頭(14)之間延伸,且自遠離頭(14)之螺紋(15)之螺紋起始線(23)至尖端(13)之間之距離(Lt)為0至0.3公厘。
Description
本發明有關無屑成形螺紋形狀螺釘,如上述申請專利範圍第1項之方法。此種螺釘特別適用於用螺絲固定金屬片。
美國4194430專利,如眾所週知,公開一種具有頭之螺紋形狀螺釘,遠離頭之一方成為尖端,尖端或(似)點尖端。相當大之螺釘體上具有螺紋,自螺釘體末端至尖圓錐形部分,螺紋高度,越接近螺釘之尖端越低。
此種螺紋形成的螺釘之缺點是,僅能在高硬度材料中先前鑽好孔內形成螺紋,先前未鑽孔之金屬片,僅適用於極薄金屬片,如製造汽車用者。用螺絲固定多片疊放堆高之金屬片,此種螺釘並不適合。
美國5597357專利,如眾所週知者,為一種自動鑽孔之螺釘。遠離端有一鑽尖端。此種自鑽之螺釘可穿透2公厘以上厚度之金屬片。
此種自動鑽孔螺釘有缺點,制定穩定切屑程序,必須節省腐蝕所引生之龐大費用。而且使用人,在整個鑽孔期間必然集聚相當緊壓力。而且切削必然喪失材料,致而無法發揮支撐緊壓夾具之作用。
本發明之任務為避免上述缺點及供應螺紋形狀之螺釘,無屑
成形或堆高至少兩片金屬薄片上下重疊總厚度為至少2公厘。
螺釘之供應,夾緊或堆積至少兩塊疊放一起之金屬薄片總厚度至少2公厘可貫穿。
此等任務可透過申請專利範範第1項所描述之手段達成。因此尖端之直徑為0.25至0.35公厘,與緊接著之尖圓錐形部分之尖端夾角為20°至30°。隨頭遷移之螺紋開端與尖端相距0至0.3公厘。透過本發明之頂點幾何學,螺紋形狀螺釘上金屬片與堆高之金屬片在尖圓錐形部分有一銳角20°至30°。頭部尚有螺紋開端(23),與尖端距離0至3公厘。透過本發明之頂點幾何學,可用螺紋形狀螺釘無屑成形貫穿3.1公厘厚(薄鋼片)金屬薄片及金屬薄片堆。較不硬之金屬薄片,如鋼薄片,貫穿厚度則相應較高。
圓筒形部分至尖圓錐形部分之螺紋,其高度,朝尖端方向逐步低減。藉此措施螺釘可獲得優良之旋入性能,方能於第一次貫穿後,螺釘尚能自行旋入材料或地下設施。
另一優點,當螺紋高度在尖圓錐形部分(依公式:H=((tan(α/2)+FB)*X+.2mm)-RK
確定時,其中FB為一值在0.04至0.25間之常數,RK為(螺釘)體與尖端間之距離X處之半徑。因此而可獲得螺釘旋入螺釘最佳性能。
另一優點為螺釘體圓筒形部分(25)有一3.0至6.3公厘之直徑,因此貫穿性能與必要之螺釘間之旋緊密切配合。

第一圖所示之無屑方式形成鑽孔及螺紋的螺釘10,其具有螺釘體11,該螺釘體係承載著螺紋15且在其中一端處具有一尖端及在另一相對立的端處具有一頭14。螺釘中心線確定螺釘10之軸線。頭14有一螺釘工具17。尖圓錐形部分21自錐形螺釘中心端頭13往頭14方向延伸。此尖圓錐形部分21自尖端13與圓筒部分25連接。直徑DS約3.0-6.3公厘。
尤其第二圖顯示尖圓錐形部分21涉及螺紋基底22尖端夾角α,其係在20°至30°之間。尖端13尚有一0.25~0.35公厘之另一直徑Dt。
螺紋15有一螺紋高度H,其在圓筒形部分25基本上保持恆定,而於尖圓錐形部分21,朝錐形端點方向螺紋高度遞減。螺紋開端23位於距離Lt處,距尖端13為0至0.3公厘。螺紋高度H在尖圓錐形部分21透過函數定義:H=((tan(α/2)+FB)*X+.2mm)-RK
其中FB為值在0.04至0.25間之常數,RK為尖端13與螺釘體距離X(中心線A至螺紋基底22之半徑X)。
減低摩擦至少在螺釘體11區域螺釘尚可用減低摩擦塗料如蠟或切削油。
優點是螺紋經過圓筒形部分至尖圓錐形部分,其中螺紋高
度,在其尖圓錐形部分,越接近尖頂越低。藉此措施,可獲得良好旋入螺釘性能,所以螺釘藉旋轉於第一次貫穿後,即自動旋進材料及地下設施。

Claims (3)
- 一種無屑方式形成螺紋的螺釘(10),其具有一至少局部帶有一螺紋(15)的螺釘體(11),該螺釘體(11)的一端上設有一尖端(13),而對立的另一端上設有一頭(14),該螺釘體(11)還具有至少一尖圓錐形部分(21)自尖端(13)朝頭(14)方向延伸,以及具有一圓筒形部分(25),其設在尖圓錐形部分(21)與頭(14)之間,其特徵為:尖端(13)之直徑在0.25與0.35公厘之間,該接到尖端(13)的尖圓錐形部分(21)相對於螺紋基底(22)呈一在20°到30°之間的銳角α,且螺紋(15)之遠離頭(14)的起始線(23)與尖端(13)之間之距離(Lt)為0至0.3公厘,其中在尖圓錐形部分(21)中的之螺紋高度,依下式界定:H=((tan(α/2)+FB)*X+0.2mm)-RK其中FB為常數,值在0.04至0.25之間,且RK是螺釘體在與尖端(13)間之距離(X)處的半徑。
