Abstract

- 駆動要素(103)がその歯輪(401)で支持面(202)に支持されていることを特徴とする請求項3に記載の脊柱インプラント。
- 歯輪(401)が冠歯車装置の冠歯車として形成され、保持要素(130)が、支持面(202)を中断し挿入開口(150)に連通する切欠きを有していることを特徴とする請求項3又は4に記載の脊柱インプラント。
- 保持要素(130)に、固定要素(501)を入れられる貫通開口(203)が存在し、固定要素(501)の一端が駆動要素(103)に結合され、他端が後部係合要素(502)で駆動要素(103)とは反対側で保持要素(130)の後ろに引っ掛かることを特徴とする請求項3ないし5のいずれか1つに記載の脊柱インプラント。
- 駆動要素(103)が、第2部品(102)の雌ねじ(302)に噛み合う雄ねじ(403)を有していることを特徴とする請求項1ないし6のいずれか1つに記載の脊柱インプラント。
- 雌ねじ(302)が第2部品(102)の壁セグメント(120,121)の内側面に設けられていることを特徴とする請求項7に記載の脊柱インプラント。
- 雄ねじ(403)が、駆動要素(103)の第2部品(102)側の端部に配置されていることを特徴とする請求項7に記載の脊柱インプラント。
- 駆動要素(103)が第1スリーブ部品(101)に、雄ねじ(403)が軸線方向に見て第1スリーブ部品(101)の外側に存在するように配置されていることを特徴とする請求項7に記載の脊柱インプラント。
- 挿入開口(150)を有する壁セグメント(110)に、操作具を半径方向に固定するために用いる少なくとも1個の後部係合要素(154,155)が存在していることを特徴とする請求項1ないし10のいずれか1つに記載の脊柱インプラント。
- 少なくとも1個の後部係合要素(154,155)が、インプラント(100)の内室(IN)の方向に向いた後部係合面を有していることを特徴とする請求項11に記載の脊柱インプラント。
- 第1部品(101)および第2部品(102)の壁セグメント(110,111,120,121)が、半径方向の有効な噛み合い結合で互いに結合されていることを特徴とする請求項1ないし12のいずれか1つに記載の脊柱インプラント。
- 円周方向において互いに向かい合う壁セグメント(110,111,120,121)の幅狭面(125)が、少なくともその長さの一部で互いに噛み合い係合していることを特徴とする請求項13に記載の脊柱インプラント。
- 壁セグメントがその幅狭面にそれぞれ、円周方向に突出する隆起縁(1001,1101)を有し、第2部品(102)の隆起縁(1001,1101)が第1部品(101)の隆起縁(1001,1101)の後ろに引っ掛かることを特徴とする請求項14に記載の脊柱インプラント。
- 駆動要素(103)が、第2部品(102)の雌ねじ(302)に噛み合う雄ねじ(403)を有し、
駆動要素(103)の雄ねじ(403)の第2部品(102)側のフランク(701)が、半径方向に見てインプラント(100)の中心長手軸線(A)に対して傾斜し、中心長手軸線(A)とで第2部品(102)の方向に開いた鋭角(α)を成し、
前記フランク(701)と協働する第2部品(102)の雌ねじ(302)の対向フランク(703)が相補的に形成されている、
ことを特徴とする請求項1ないし15のいずれか1つに記載の脊柱インプラント。 - 駆動要素(103)の雌ねじ(403)および第2部品(102)の雌ねじ(302)が、中心長手軸線(A)を含む縦断面に見て、ダブテール状に形成されていることを特徴とする請求項16に記載の脊柱インプラント。
- 部品(101,102)の脊椎体に支持するために利用される端面に、支持板(140)が存在していることを特徴とする請求項1ないし17のいずれか1つに記載の脊柱インプラント。
- 脊柱インプラントの少なくとも一部が、チタン基、特殊鋼基の材料あるいはポリエーテルケトン(PEEK)で作られていることを特徴とする請求項1ないし18のいずれか1つに記載の脊柱インプラント。
