Abstract
【解決手段】少なくとも表層部と下層部とにより基紙が構成され、表層部は表層白色層及び下層白色層の少なくとも2層の白色層を有する多層抄き板紙であって、白色層を構成する原料パルプの白色度を65%以上85%以下とし、白色層全体の坪量を10〜45g/m2(dry)として、表層部表面の白色度を40%以上60%以下とする。

Description
また、塗工液を塗工する前工程で、カレンダー処理を施すことが好ましい。これにより基紙表面(表層部の表面)が緻密になり、塗工液を基紙表面に効率よくとどめることができ、本板紙をより印刷適性に優れたものとすることができる。
表層白色層用の原料スラリーを、針葉樹クラフトパルプ(NBKP)と上白古紙とを55:45の質量比で配合した原料パルプに、内添サイズ剤としてロジン系サイズ剤(商品名:R−50 近代化学(株)製)を固形分で0.1質量%添加して作製した。また、下層白色層用の原料スラリーを、広葉樹クラフトパルプ(LBKP)と上白古紙とを55:45の質量比で配合した原料パルプに、内添サイズ剤として、ロジン系サイズ剤(商品名:R−50 近代化学(株)製)を0.3質量%添加して作製した。さらにまた、下層部用の原料スラリー(本実施例では中層、及び裏層)を、段ボール古紙(WP)100質量%に、湿潤紙力剤(両性ポリアクリルアミド)を固形分で0.5質量%添加して作製した。
表層白色層の原料パルプの配合、表層白色層の坪量、下層白色層の原料パルプの配合、下層白色層の坪量、白色層を構成する原料パルプの白色度、下層部の坪量、塗工液の塗工量をそれぞれ表1に示すとおりに構成したこと以外は、実施例1と同様にして得た多層抄き板紙。
表層白色層の原料パルプの配合、表層白色層の坪量、下層白色層の原料パルプの配合、下層白色層の坪量、白色層を構成する原料パルプの白色度、下層部の坪量、塗工液の構成をそれぞれ表1に示すとおりに構成したこと以外は、実施例1と同様にして得た多層抄き板紙。
◎:インクの剥がれがなく、印刷面に影響なし。
○:インクの剥がれは僅かにあるが、印刷面に影響はない。
△:インクの剥がれがあり、印刷面に下地の現れるところがある。
×:インクの剥がれ、印刷面の下地の現れともはなはだしいとした。
Claims (3)
- 少なくとも表層部と下層部とにより基紙が構成され、前記表層部は表層白色層及び下層白色層の少なくとも2層の白色層を有する多層抄き板紙であって、
前記白色層を構成する原料パルプの白色度を65%以上85%以下とし、
前記白色層全体の坪量を10〜45g/m2(dry)として、
前記表層部表面の白色度を40%以上60%以下としたことを特徴とする多層抄き板紙。 - 前記表層白色層を構成する原料パルプは針葉樹晒クラフトパルプを主原料とし、
前記下層白色層を構成する原料パルプは広葉樹晒クラフトパルプを主原料とし、
また、前記表層白色層の坪量を29〜1g/m2(dry)とし、
前記下層白色層の坪量を1〜29g/m2(dry)としたことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の多層抄き板紙。 - 前記表層部表面の表面強度が10A以上であり、且つパーカープリントサーフ平滑度が6.0〜8.0μmであることを特徴とする請求項1又は請求項2に記載の多層抄き板紙。
