Abstract
【解決手段】この2次電池は、正極112及び負極113と、正極112と負極113との間に配置されるセパレータ114とを含む電極群110と、電極群110を収納するケース120と、ケース120を密閉し、電極端子を有するキャップ組立体140と、電極群110とキャップ組立体140とを連結し、電極群110に挿入される集電突起163,167を有する複数の集電片161,165で作られた集電板160と、を含み、集電突起163は、隣接する集電片165の集電突起167の間に嵌合され、集電突起163,167の間には、正極112又は負極113に形成された無地部112aが嵌合される。

Description
前記図面を参照すると、本実施形態による2次電池100は、正極112と負極113とが、セパレータ114を間において位置する電極群110と、電解液と一緒に電極群110を収容できるように一側先端に開口部が形成されたケース120とを含む。そしてケース120の開口部には、ケース120を密封するキャップ組立体140がガスケット144を媒介として設けられる。
向き合う2つの集電片161と165とは、同一構造に形成されるので一側集電片161についての説明で他の集電片165についての説明を兼ねる。

Claims (8)
- 正極及び負極と、前記正極と前記負極との間に配置されるセパレータとを含む電極群と;
前記電極群を収納するケースと;
前記ケースを密閉し、電極端子を有するキャップ組立体と;
前記電極群と前記キャップ組立体とを連結し、前記電極群に挿入される集電突起を有する複数の集電片で作られた集電板と;
を含み、
前記集電突起は、隣接する集電片の前記集電突起の間に嵌合され、
前記集電突起の間には、前記正極又は前記負極に形成された無地部が嵌合されることを特徴とする、2次電池。 - 前記集電片は、
板型の平板部と、
前記平板部から突出した複数の集電突起と、
を有することを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の2次電池。 - 前記集電突起は、
前記平板部から前記電極群に向かって傾斜して突出した傾斜部と;
前記傾斜部から前記平板部と平行に突出した延長部と;
前記延長部から前記無地部に向かって突出した挿入部と;
を含むことを特徴とする、請求項2に記載の2次電池。 - 前記挿入部の端部は、楔状に形成されたことを特徴とする、請求項3に記載の2次電池。
- 前記互いに隣接する集電突起は、前記延長部が同一な平面上に位置するように設けられたことを特徴とする、請求項3に記載の2次電池。
- 前記集電板は、前記集電突起の間に前記無地部が嵌合された状態で、前記無地部と溶接によって固定されたことを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の2次電池。
- 前記無地部は、前記延長部と溶接によって固定されたことを特徴とする、請求項3に記載の2次電池。
- 前記集電板は、2つの前記集電片で形成されたことを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の2次電池。
