Abstract
【解決手段】冷水タンク2の底面に開口部2cを形成し、この開口部2cに曲折部6bを介して直線状の冷水注出管6を水平に配設する。そして、紫外線ランプ8を冷水タンク2内から上記開口部2cを通って曲折部6bの底部に達するように配設し、紫外線ランプ8から照射される紫外線が冷水タンク2内と冷水注出管6の管路内の双方をくまなく照射するようにする。また、冷水注出弁7の弁体として冷水抽出管6の先端を塞ぐダイヤフラム71を用い、紫外線の死角をなくす。

Description
図1に本発明に係る飲料水サーバの概略構成の一例を示す。本発明の飲料水サーバは、一の紫外線照射手段を用いて冷水タンクと冷水の取り出し経路の双方の殺菌を行えるように構成してなる飲料水サーバであって、図示のように、ウォーターボトル1と、冷水タンク2と、温水タンク3と、制御部(制御手段)4と、紫外線ランプ(紫外線照射手段)8とを主要部として備えている。
次に、本発明の第2の実施形態について図3に基づいて説明する。この第2の実施形態は、上記第1の実施形態において横向きに配設されていた冷水注出弁7を縦向きに配設したものであり、これに伴って管路本体6aの先端が上向きに曲折されている点で上記第1の実施形態と相違する。しかし、その他の構成は上記第1の実施形態と共通するので、構成が共通する部分には同一の符号を付して説明を省略する。

Claims (5)
- 冷水タンクに形成された開口部に連通して冷水取り出し用の冷水注出配管が設けられるとともに、その先端に冷水注出弁が設けられている飲料水サーバにおいて、
前記冷水タンク内に紫外線を照射する紫外線照射手段が前記開口部に臨んで配置されるとともに、前記冷水注出配管の管路が直線状に形成され、さらに、前記冷水注出弁の弁体として前記冷水注出配管の先端を塞ぐ隔膜式の弁体が用いられることを特徴とする飲料水サーバ。 - 前記開口部が前記冷水タンクの底面に形成されるとともに、この開口部に連通する前記冷水注出配管が曲折部を介して水平又は斜め下向きに配設されてなり、
前記紫外線照射手段が、前記冷水タンク内から前記開口部を通って前記曲折部の底部に達するように配設されていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の飲料水サーバ。 - 前記紫外線照射手段は棒状の紫外線ランプで構成され、前記曲折部の底部に紫外線ランプ挿入口が設けられていることを特徴とする請求項2に記載の飲料水サーバ。
- 前記隔膜式の弁体は、前記紫外線照射手段に対面するように配設されていることを特徴とする請求項1から請求項3のいずれかに記載の飲料水サーバ。
- 前記隔膜式の弁体は、少なくとも前記紫外線照射手段と対面する部分が耐紫外線性を有することを特徴とする請求項4に記載の飲料水サーバ。
