Abstract
【解決手段】鉄系部品11に、アルミニウム亜鉛複合材料を含む防錆層12を被せ、この防錆層12に塗膜13を被せてなる塗装金属製品10において、塗膜13は、塗装金属製品10の外部と防錆層12とを繋ぐ微細な通路14を多数有していることを特徴とする。
【効果】塗装金属製品10は通路14を有し、防錆層12と外部が繋がれている。防錆層12と外部が繋がれているため、塗装金属製品10に疵16が発生した場合に防錆層12に水が付着しやすい。即ち、防錆層12と外部が繋がれているため、防錆層12には疵16により露出した鉄系部品11を被覆するのに十分な量の水が付着することができる。塗装を行っても、防錆の機能が低下しない。

Description
前記塗膜は、外部と前記防錆層とを繋ぐ微細な通路を多数有していることを特徴とする。
この防錆層に、外部と前記防錆層とを繋ぐ微細な通路を多数有している塗膜を被せる第2被覆工程とからなることを特徴とする。
即ち、防錆層と外部が繋がれているため、防錆層には疵により露出した鉄系部品を被覆するのに十分な量の水が付着することができる。塗装を行っても、防錆の機能が低下しない。

図1は本発明に係る塗装金属製品の断面図であり、塗装金属製品10は、鉄鋼等の鉄系部品11と、この鉄系部品11に被せられるアルミニウム亜鉛複合材料を含む防錆層12と、この防錆層12に塗装により被せられる塗膜13と、塗装金属製品10の外部及び防錆層12を繋ぐ通路14とから構成される。
点15は点であることが視認できないくらい微細な点である。視認できないくらいの微細な点であるため、通常の塗装を行った場合と同様に塗装金属製品10を様々な色や模様に塗装することができる。
図3は本発明に係る塗装金属製品の作用を説明する図であり、外部からの衝撃等により塗装金属製品10に疵16ができる場合がある。水17が防錆層12に付着する。すると、水17と防錆層12に含まれるアルミニウム亜鉛複合材料が下記の化学反応式のように反応を起こす。
即ち、防錆層12と外部が繋がれているため、防錆層12には疵16により露出した鉄系部品11を被覆するのに十分な量の水17が付着することができる。塗装を行っても、防錆の機能が低下しない。
図4は図2の別実施例を説明する図であり、図2と共通要素は符号を流用し詳細な説明は省略する。塗膜13を縞18及び通路14により構成した。
Claims (4)
- 鉄系部品に、アルミニウム亜鉛複合材料を含む防錆層を被せ、この防錆層に塗膜を被せてなる塗装金属製品において、
前記塗膜は、外部と前記防錆層とを繋ぐ微細な通路を多数有していることを特徴とする塗装金属製品。 - 前記塗膜は、微細な点の集合又は微小幅の縞の集合であり、点と点の間又は縞と縞の間が前記通路であることを特徴とする請求項1記載の塗装金属製品。
- 前記塗膜は、網模様であり、網の目が前記通路であることを特徴とする請求項1記載の塗装金属製品。
- 鉄系部品に、アルミニウム亜鉛複合材料を含む防錆層を被せる第1被覆工程と、
この防錆層に、外部と前記防錆層とを繋ぐ微細な通路を多数有している塗膜を被せる第2被覆工程とからなることを特徴とする塗装金属製品の製造方法。
