32歳〜49歳までの健常な女性48名をパネラーとし、8群(各6名)に分けた。各パネラーに、右下眼瞼部位に実施例又は比較例2のジェルを、左下眼瞼部位にプラセボ(比較例1)のジェルを、各々0.1mL、1日2回、10週間塗布した。試験開始前及び10週間塗布後の状態を、2名の専門研究員が目視にて下記基準で評価した。表2中のしわ改善効果は、10週間後と試験開始前(写真の記録)の評価の差を求め、平均値で示したものである。

(2)経時安定性:
各化粧料をガラス容器(容量:50mL)に50gずつ充填し、密閉して5℃及び50℃に保存する。1ヶ月間保存後、各保存温度の試料を取り出し、25℃水浴中にて1時間放置した後、色の変化を目視により評価した。5℃保存品を標準として、以下の基準で判定した。(5℃保存品はいずれも、ほとんど色変化しない。)
◎:変化なし。
○:わずかに変化。
×:明らかに変化(使用不可)。

を含有する化粧料。
