肌用化粧料組成物の提起が待たれるところである。BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION In recent years, with the spread of gender equality in Japan, social life has changed, and girls have more opportunities to participate in outdoor sports. Some situations have not been able to adapt. Due to changes in food and living environment, the skin is easily damaged, causing skin spots, dark spots, and rough skin. According to the Cosmetic Report of the Japan Cosmetic Industry Association, 80% of Japanese women felt "dull skin and rough skin" in a survey of Japanese women's awareness of "dull skin and rough skin". It can be said that the effect of the change in the living environment described above is how great it is for modern Japanese women. Particularly recently, young women have more opportunities to be exposed to sunlight and ultraviolet rays due to the increase in sports heat, and in addition, the excess lipid intake in the body due to excessive dietary intake due to the establishment of a diet with a predominant western diet has increased lipid peroxide in the body. The external environment that causes skin spots and dark spots, rough skin, aging, and allergies has become commonplace. Under such circumstances, the role of cosmetics is growing more and more,
Skin spots, dark spots, rough skin caused by various causes,
The development of a cosmetic composition for beautiful skin that can sufficiently respond to the prevention and improvement of the onset of skin allergies, etc. has been awaited.

Among them, there is a so-called brown sugar soap using brown sugar for a long time. However, the sugar component in the brown sugar precipitates at the stage of production, and it is rough and unpleasant when used, and its skin effect is not always sufficient.

However, excessive sebum secretion causes old keratin to be left on the sweat glands and skin as a soil on the skin for a long period of time, worsens makeup, and sometimes causes seborrhea and acne and damages the skin. Conventionally, for such old aging exfoliation,
Although keratinous solvents such as salicylic acid, sulfur, and urea or soaps and alkaline substances have been used, these are highly irritating to the skin and have the drawback that they are not suitable as cosmetic materials that require strong safety. Was.

More and more people complain of allergic diseases such as atopic dermatitis, and the allergic eczema symptom, especially on the face, is the biggest factor that afflicts women at the age of makeup. In general, allergy is understood as a biological reaction caused by the release of chemical mediators such as SRS-A, histamine, and bradykinin from mast cells in response to an allergen, and these substances damage surrounding tissues. Therefore, if the generation of these chemical mediators is suppressed in any way, the onset of allergy can be prevented. Among these chemical mediators, methods for suppressing the generation of histamine and bradykinin are already known, but none of SRS-A can be expected to have a sufficient inhibitory effect.

After intensive studies, the active ingredient in brown sugar is a pigment component in brown sugar, which is chemically identified as phenyl glucose (more specifically, 3,4-dimethoxyphenyl-OD-glucose or 3 , 4,6-
(A compound comprising trimethoxyphenyl) (hereinafter, this substance is referred to as a specific brown sugar extract (brown sugar oligo)). At the same time, it has been found that this substance can be extracted from brown sugar, for example, by the following method.

For example, Amberlite XAD-1 is suitable. 2. The adsorbent is washed with water to remove sugar, leaving only the pigment component adsorbed. 3. Next, the dye component is desorbed from the adsorbent, preferably by using hydrous alcohol having an alcohol concentration of 20% or more. Specifically, most of the dye components are eluted with, for example, about 20 to 30% ethanol, and then completely eluted with about 95% ethanol. 4. The eluate is evaporated to dryness under reduced pressure, and the residue is dried at 60 ° C. or lower to obtain the product as a colorless powder having no sweetness.

Since the cause of soil on the skin surface is caused by secreted fat, protein and carbohydrate, it is completely decomposed by papain, which is a proteolytic enzyme having properties suitable for decomposing these, and disappears from the skin surface. Papain is also suitable in this aspect because it has no skin irritation and is excellent in safety.

It is a specific brown sugar extract (brown sugar oligo) which is a compound composed of trimethoxyphenyl. Another component of the extract of the pentagon is a Labiatae family pentagon (Scutellaria baica).
The specific flora extract containing baicalin and / or baicalein, a flavone derivative extracted from C.lensis GEORGI). Still another component, an enzyme, is a kind of protease protease obtained from the emulsion of papaya immature fruit. Yeast extract is obtained from yeast belonging to Saccharomyces by autolysis or acid hydrolysis. The obtained liquid was concentrated and dried to obtain a yeast extract (Saccharomyces yeasts).
