Abstract
【解決手段】土壌内でトレンチを作製する基礎建造装置に関し、基礎建造装置は、フレーム10と、フレーム上に配設される少なくとも一つの土壌除去装置21と、トレンチ内で基礎建造装置を制御する制御装置とを含み、前記制御装置は、非動作位置と、トレンチの壁面に当接するための張り出し制御位置との間で位置を調整できる少なくとも一つの制御体1を有する。この制御体は、フレームの第1の側面上の第1張り出し制御位置、または、フレームの前記第1の側面の反対に位置する、フレームの第2の側面上の第2張り出し制御位置に調整されるように構成される。

Claims (11)
- 土壌内にトレンチを作製する基礎建造装置であって、
フレームと、
前記フレームに配置される少なくとも一つの土壌除去装置と、
前記トレンチ内で前記基礎建造装置を制御する制御装置と、を含み、
前記制御装置は、非動作位置と、トレンチの壁面に当接するための張り出し制御位置との間で位置の調整ができる少なくとも一つの制御体を有し、
前記制御体は、前記フレームの第1の側面上の第1張り出し制御位置、または前記フレームの前記第1の側面の反対に位置する、前記フレームの第2の側面上の第2張り出し制御位置に調整できる、基礎建造装置。 - 前記制御体は、旋回軸線を中心として旋回可能な方式で前記フレームに支持され、
前記旋回軸線は、特に、前記基礎建造装置の進行方向に対して垂直に延びる、請求項1に記載の基礎建造装置。 - 前記制御体は、トレンチの壁面上に当接するための、アーチ状の外形輪郭、特に、円弧状の形状を有する、請求項1に記載の基礎建造装置。
- 前記旋回軸線は、前記制御体の前記アーチ状の外形輪郭に対して偏心して延びる、請求項2に記載の基礎建造装置。
- 前記アーチ状の外形輪郭に加え、前記制御体は、平坦な支持面を持ち、この支持面において、前記制御体がフレームに支持される、請求項3に記載の基礎建造装置。
- 前記制御体の駆動のために、少なくとも一つの液圧シリンダが設けられ、前記液圧シリンダは、その一方の側において、前記フレームに支持され、もう一方の側において、前記制御体に支持される、請求項1に記載の基礎建造装置。
- 前記フレームの対向する側面に、2つの制御体が配設され、前記制御体それぞれに、少なくとも一つの液圧シリンダが設けられる、請求項1に記載の基礎建造装置。
- 前記制御体は、回転可能な取り付け方式で、共通のシャフトに配置される、請求項7に記載の基礎建造装置。
- 前記土壌除去装置は、長方形の除去断面を持ち、前記制御体は、前記長方形の除去断面の短辺側の方向に沿って位置の調整ができる、請求項1に記載の基礎建造装置。
- 前記土壌除去装置は、回転可能に駆動される少なくとも一つの掘削ホイールを有する構成であることに加え、またはこの構成の代わりに、前記制御体が、前記フレームの一部分に配置され、前記フレームは先細りの形状に設計される、請求項1に記載の基礎建造装置。
- 土壌内にトレンチを作製する方法であって、請求項1に記載の基礎建造装置を土壌内に導入し、前記トレンチを作製する際に、前記制御体を駆動して、前記基礎建造装置を制御する方法。
